美國(guó)品格教育的發(fā)展歷程及其實(shí)踐探索

【摘要】:20世紀(jì)末,在美國(guó)學(xué)校道德教育的發(fā)展過(guò)程中,出現(xiàn)了一個(gè)值得注意的現(xiàn)象或者說(shuō)是教育活動(dòng)--傳統(tǒng)品格教育的回歸與興盛。品格教育成為當(dāng)今美國(guó)公共學(xué)校最具前瞻性和最流行的道德教育形式,也是北美地區(qū)備受道德教育關(guān)注的研究領(lǐng)域。品格教育是繼道德認(rèn)知發(fā)展,價(jià)值澄清理論之后的當(dāng)今美國(guó)學(xué)校道德教育的主流形式之一。它是將培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的品格作為道德教育的核心目標(biāo),旨在核心價(jià)值觀的培養(yǎng),它使學(xué)校內(nèi)的道德教育有了切實(shí)可行的目標(biāo)和明確的教育內(nèi)容,可以有效地提高道德教育的實(shí)效性。 美國(guó)品格教育作為一種實(shí)踐性與操作性都比較強(qiáng)的教育模式在全美范圍內(nèi)得到了推廣和普及,它經(jīng)過(guò)了長(zhǎng)時(shí)間的探索和興衰之后,逐漸積累了很多有效的經(jīng)驗(yàn),本文通過(guò)研究美國(guó)品格教育的歷史發(fā)展過(guò)程和實(shí)踐,總結(jié)其成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)及不足之處,希望為我國(guó)學(xué)校開(kāi)展道德教育提供借鑒和啟示。 本文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)法、歷史分析和比較分析等方法,對(duì)美國(guó)品格教育的歷史,,新品格教育產(chǎn)生的背景,品格教育的實(shí)踐進(jìn)行了比較全面的探索研究,論文主要內(nèi)容包括以下幾個(gè)部分: (1)引言部分,介紹了研究的意義,并大致總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外品格教育的研究現(xiàn)狀以及本文的一些研究思路和研究方法。研究認(rèn)為,目前國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)品格教育的研究進(jìn)行地頗多,但對(duì)品格教育的實(shí)踐卻缺少全面系統(tǒng)的研究。 (2)概念的界定,關(guān)于品格教育的概念的界定,目前仍沒(méi)有形成一個(gè)統(tǒng)一的認(rèn)識(shí),但大致上他們的共性在于都認(rèn)為品格教育是為了培養(yǎng)學(xué)生良好的道德,需要學(xué)校、家庭與社會(huì)的共同努力來(lái)塑造出具有良好美德和修養(yǎng)的人。 (3)美國(guó)品格教育發(fā)展的歷史,從美國(guó)傳統(tǒng)的品格教育的興起到衰敗然后再到新品格教育的回歸進(jìn)行一個(gè)歷史的梳理,對(duì)美國(guó)新回歸的品格教育的產(chǎn)生背景及興起標(biāo)志和實(shí)踐探索進(jìn)行研究,并大致介紹美國(guó)各時(shí)期品格教育的發(fā)展。 (4)介紹美國(guó)新品格教育復(fù)歸后的實(shí)踐探索,主要從學(xué)校、家庭、社區(qū)等方面來(lái)討論如何實(shí)現(xiàn)新時(shí)期的品格教育,家庭與社區(qū)該如何配合,學(xué)校又充當(dāng)一個(gè)什么樣的角色,品格教育的實(shí)現(xiàn)途徑又是怎樣的,以及如何實(shí)現(xiàn)家庭、學(xué)校、社區(qū)的整體協(xié)作。 (5)列舉品格教育的經(jīng)典案例,以“美國(guó)藍(lán)帶”學(xué)校的品格教育綜合模型入手,舉例介紹了美國(guó)幾個(gè)學(xué)區(qū)所實(shí)施的品格教育的核心價(jià)值觀以及一些課程來(lái)讓我們更直觀的了解美國(guó)的品格教育。(6)探討美國(guó)品格教育的局限性及對(duì)我國(guó)道德教育的啟示。
[Abstract]:At the end of the 20th century, during the development of moral education in American schools, a noticeable phenomenon or educational activity appeared, that is, the return and prosperity of traditional character education. Character education has become the most prospective and popular form of moral education in American public schools, and it is also the research field of moral education in North America. Character education is one of the mainstream forms of moral education in American schools after the development of moral cognition and the theory of value clarification. It takes the cultivation of students' character as the core goal of moral education, aiming at the cultivation of core values. It makes the moral education in schools have practical goals and clear educational contents, which can effectively improve the effectiveness of moral education. American character education, as a practical and operational educational model, has been popularized and popularized throughout the United States. After a long period of exploration, it has gradually accumulated a lot of effective experience. By studying the historical development process and practice of American character education, this paper summarizes its successful experience and shortcomings, and hopes to provide reference and inspiration for moral education in Chinese schools. Through the methods of literature, historical analysis and comparative analysis, this paper makes a comprehensive exploration and study on the history of American character education, the background of new character education, and the practice of character education. The main contents of the thesis include the following parts: (1) introduction introduces the significance of the study and summarizes the current research situation of character education at home and abroad as well as some research ideas and research methods of this paper. It is believed that there are a lot of researches on character education in China, but the practice of character education is lack of comprehensive and systematic research. (2) the definition of the concept, the definition of the concept of character education, has not yet formed a unified understanding, but generally speaking, they all think that character education is to cultivate students' good morals, need the school, The joint efforts of the family and society to shape people with good virtue and accomplishment. (3) the history of the development of American character education, from the rise and decline of American traditional character education to the return of new character education, This paper studies the background, rising signs and practical exploration of the character education of the new return of the United States, and introduces the development of the character education in various periods of the United States. (4) to introduce the practice and exploration of the new character education in the United States after its restoration, mainly from the aspects of school, family, community and so on, to discuss how to realize character education in the new era, how to cooperate with the family and the community, and what role the school plays. How to achieve character education and how to achieve the family, school, community cooperation. (5) enumerating the classic examples of character education, starting with the comprehensive model of character education in "American Blue Belt" school. This paper introduces the core values of character education implemented by several school districts in the United States and some courses to help us understand the character education in the United States more intuitively. (6) the limitations of character education in the United States and the enlightenment to moral education in our country are discussed.
