【摘要】：教師教育政策是影響教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要因素,因此對(duì)教師教育政策的研究具有十分重要的意義。巴西形成了較為完善的教師資格制度,實(shí)行激勵(lì)機(jī)制促進(jìn)教師教育發(fā)展,并不斷創(chuàng)新理念,取得了一定的成效,為我國(guó)教師教育改革提供借鑒。
