【摘要】：本研究通過對(duì)東北師范大學(xué)280名學(xué)生,采用隨機(jī)抽樣和整群抽樣的形式,進(jìn)行了情緒智力與心理韌性的測(cè)量,剔除11份無效問卷,得到有效問卷269份。得到研究結(jié)果如下： 1.大學(xué)生情緒智力總體水平比較高。在性別,專業(yè),家庭結(jié)構(gòu)及生源地上并沒有顯著的差異。而在是否學(xué)生干部這方方面,在情緒感知,調(diào)控他人情緒和情緒智力總分上,具有顯著性的差異。 2.大學(xué)生心理韌性總體情況良好。在性別,家庭結(jié)構(gòu)及生源地上,心理韌性并沒有顯著性的差異。而在精神影響維度上,不同專業(yè)具有顯著性的差異,其他維度及心理韌性總分上并沒有顯著性的差異。在是否學(xué)生干部方面,個(gè)人能力,變化和安全,控制及心理韌性總分呈現(xiàn)顯著性的差異；而在直覺和情緒,精神影響上,是否學(xué)生干部,并不具有顯著性差異。 3.情緒智力與心理韌性具有很高的相關(guān)性,并且情緒智力對(duì)心理韌性具有預(yù)測(cè)作用。
[Abstract]:In this study, 280 students from Northeast Normal University were measured by random sampling and cluster sampling, and 11 invalid questionnaires were eliminated and 269 valid questionnaires were obtained. The results were as follows:
1. the overall level of emotional intelligence of college students is relatively high. There is no significant difference in gender, specialty, family structure and place of life. There are significant differences in emotional perception, control of emotional intelligence and emotional intelligence in the aspects of student cadres.
2. the mental resilience of college students is generally good. There is no significant difference in the gender, family structure and place of life. In the dimension of mental influence, there are significant differences in different professions, and there is no significant difference in the other dimensions and the total score of mental resilience. There is a significant difference in the total score of safety, control and resilience, but there is no significant difference between student cadres in terms of intuition, emotion and mental impact.
3. there is a high correlation between emotional intelligence and resilience, and emotional intelligence plays a predictive role in resilience.
