免費(fèi)師范生在線互動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)的設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:隨著以計(jì)算機(jī)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊技術(shù)為核心的信息技術(shù)在社會(huì)各個(gè)領(lǐng)域的廣泛應(yīng)用,信息化的浪潮正席卷著全世界,教育信息化的浪潮風(fēng)起云涌。現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程教育蓬勃發(fā)展,在線學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)已經(jīng)成為遠(yuǎn)程教育研究的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。 教育是亙古的事業(yè),當(dāng)前我國(guó)教育發(fā)展進(jìn)入了全面提高教育質(zhì)量的階段。2010年7月29日發(fā)布的《國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期教育改革與發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010—2020)》中明確指出要大力發(fā)展教育事業(yè),加大教育師資力量的培養(yǎng)力度,同時(shí)對(duì)教師的專業(yè)化能力發(fā)展提出了更高的要求。2010年5月21日,教育部印發(fā)的《教育部直屬師范大學(xué)免費(fèi)師范畢業(yè)生在職攻讀教育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位實(shí)施辦法(暫行)》通知,提出免費(fèi)師范畢業(yè)生攻讀教育碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位采取在職學(xué)習(xí)方式,課程學(xué)習(xí)主要通過(guò)遠(yuǎn)程教育和寒暑假集中面授方式進(jìn)行。在線學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)是免費(fèi)師范生完成教育碩士課程學(xué)習(xí)、提高專業(yè)能力的重要學(xué)習(xí)平臺(tái),同時(shí)也為教師提供全新的溝通交流平臺(tái)。因此加強(qiáng)在線學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)中的建設(shè)工作成為一項(xiàng)重要的研究課題。 本論文依靠華中師范大學(xué)網(wǎng)絡(luò)與信息服務(wù)中心承擔(dān)的“遠(yuǎn)程實(shí)時(shí)互動(dòng)視頻工作室與教師網(wǎng)絡(luò)研修社區(qū)建設(shè)”項(xiàng)目。通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法和訪談法,對(duì)免費(fèi)師范畢業(yè)生進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)者特征分析和個(gè)性化學(xué)習(xí)需求分析。通過(guò)社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析方法、內(nèi)容分析法、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法和文獻(xiàn)研究法,分析了一些典型學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀和應(yīng)用情況。基于分析數(shù)據(jù)和結(jié)果,在此基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計(jì)了免費(fèi)師范生在線互動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū),同時(shí)也對(duì)互動(dòng)交流的過(guò)程進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)地設(shè)計(jì)。最后對(duì)免費(fèi)師范生在線互動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)的應(yīng)用與管理做了一定的研究,設(shè)計(jì)了在線學(xué)習(xí)評(píng)價(jià)的指標(biāo),提出了在線學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)的管理措施,并對(duì)促進(jìn)在線學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)的互動(dòng)機(jī)制做了一定的策略研究。通過(guò)對(duì)在線學(xué)習(xí)社區(qū)的研究,以期能夠輔助在職讀研的免費(fèi)師范生順利完成研究生階段的課程學(xué)習(xí)。
[Abstract]:With the extensive application of information technology with the core of computer and network communication technology in various fields of society, the tide of information technology is sweeping the whole world, and the tide of education informatization is surging. With the rapid development of modern distance education, online learning community has become a hot issue in distance education research. Education is an everlasting cause. At present, the development of education in our country has entered the stage of comprehensively improving the quality of education. In the outline of the National Medium-and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan, 2010-2020, issued on July 29, 2010, it is clearly pointed out that great efforts should be made to develop education. To increase the training of educational teachers, and at the same time to put forward higher requirements for the development of teachers' professional ability. On May 21, 2010, Circular issued by the Ministry of Education on the implementation of the measures on the implementation of the Free normal University graduates of the Ministry of Education directly affiliated with the Ministry of Education to study for the Master's degree in Education on the job (provisional), proposing that the free normal university graduates study for the master's degree in education by means of on-the-job study, Course study mainly through distance education and winter and summer-time concentrated face-to-face teaching. The online learning community is an important learning platform for free normal students to complete education master's course and improve their professional ability. At the same time, it also provides a new communication and communication platform for teachers. Therefore, strengthening the construction of online learning community has become an important research topic. This paper relies on the project of "distance and real-time interactive video studio and teachers' network study community construction" undertaken by network and information service center of Huazhong normal University. By means of questionnaire survey and interview, this paper analyzes the characteristics of free normal college graduates and their individual learning needs. By means of social network analysis method, content analysis method, statistical analysis method and literature research method, the present situation and application of some typical learning communities are analyzed. Based on the analysis of data and results, the online interactive learning community of free normal students is designed. At the same time, the process of interactive communication is designed in detail. Finally, the application and management of the free teachers' online interactive learning community are studied, the evaluation index of online learning is designed, and the management measures of online learning community are put forward. And to promote the interactive mechanism of online learning community to do a certain amount of strategic research. Through the research of the online learning community, it is hoped that the free normal students who are studying in the post-graduate school can finish the postgraduate course successfully.
