【摘要】:正研究政府的教育職責(zé)問(wèn)題既具有理論意義和實(shí)用價(jià)值,但同時(shí)也是一個(gè)非常復(fù)雜、極具挑戰(zhàn)性的題目。在《國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020年)》頒布之后,這個(gè)題目已列入教育體制改革的重大試驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目,有幾個(gè)省市正在積極探索和實(shí)踐,但有很多問(wèn)題尚需進(jìn)一步研究。下面主要講三個(gè)方面。
[Abstract]:It is not only of theoretical significance and practical value to study the educational responsibility of government, but also a very complex and challenging topic. After the promulgation of the National medium and long term Education Reform and Development Program (2010-2020), this subject has been included in the major experimental project of educational system reform. Several provinces and cities are actively exploring and practicing, but there are many problems that need to be further studied. Here are three main aspects.
