【摘要】:正缺了德性的教育不僅有悖教育本質(zhì),而且其結(jié)果使學(xué)生終生都難以彌補(bǔ)。學(xué)校面對(duì)的教育群體是學(xué)生,口口聲聲說的也是一切為了學(xué)生,為了學(xué)生的一切,可為什么教學(xué)中從起點(diǎn)到目標(biāo)凸顯的是"重術(shù)輕人"、"分?jǐn)?shù)至上"?優(yōu)質(zhì)課一定是知性與德性的高度統(tǒng)一,而不是教師是知識(shí)的二傳手,學(xué)生是知識(shí)的容器。對(duì)學(xué)生心存敬畏,對(duì)教育教學(xué)本原心存敬畏,對(duì)教師專業(yè)的認(rèn)識(shí)
