【摘要】：20世紀(jì)90年代以來,我國開始進(jìn)行鄉(xiāng)村學(xué)校布局調(diào)整工作。經(jīng)過布局調(diào)整,鄉(xiāng)村學(xué)校辦學(xué)條件以及辦學(xué)質(zhì)量等得到了改善。但是,隨著鄉(xiāng)村學(xué)校布局調(diào)整的逐步展開,其出現(xiàn)的各種問題也日益凸顯。它對鄉(xiāng)村文化傳承也產(chǎn)生了一定影響。鄉(xiāng)村文化是鄉(xiāng)村居民在長期生產(chǎn)與生活中逐漸形成和創(chuàng)造的文化,它是聯(lián)系鄉(xiāng)情的紐帶,也對鄉(xiāng)民行為和相互關(guān)系起著規(guī)約作用。 本研究以P縣S中心校為個案,主要采用實(shí)地考察法和訪談法。通過收集相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料、研究論文和報(bào)道等,對學(xué)校布局調(diào)整和鄉(xiāng)村文化進(jìn)行梳理。對P縣學(xué)校布局調(diào)整進(jìn)行了實(shí)地考察,并對S中心校由面到點(diǎn)、由淺入深展開調(diào)查,對校長、相關(guān)教師和學(xué)生進(jìn)行訪談,了解他們對學(xué)校布局調(diào)整以及鄉(xiāng)村文化傳承的想法和態(tài)度等。同時,進(jìn)入課堂觀察教師在課堂中的具體表現(xiàn),以收集一些通過訪談難以發(fā)現(xiàn)的一手資料。此外,還對S中心校附近村民進(jìn)行訪談,了解他們對于學(xué)校布局調(diào)整的看法以及村落與學(xué)校之間的文化互動情況等。 在考察的基礎(chǔ)上,發(fā)現(xiàn)農(nóng)村學(xué)校布局調(diào)整迫使鄉(xiāng)村文化傳承產(chǎn)生了一定的困境,主要表現(xiàn)在：家庭和社區(qū)向?qū)W生傳承鄉(xiāng)村文化作用的弱化；學(xué)校在鄉(xiāng)村文化建設(shè)中缺位；鄉(xiāng)村文化在鄉(xiāng)村學(xué)校教育中難以立足；學(xué)校布局調(diào)整導(dǎo)致學(xué)校與鄉(xiāng)村生活的疏離。據(jù)此,試圖提出學(xué)校布局調(diào)整背景下鄉(xiāng)村文化傳承的路徑：適當(dāng)保留鄉(xiāng)村學(xué)校；鄉(xiāng)村寄宿制學(xué)校要挖掘鄉(xiāng)村文化中的教育資源；鄉(xiāng)村學(xué)校要加強(qiáng)與家庭和社區(qū)的溝通與互動；師范院校要加強(qiáng)培養(yǎng)熱愛鄉(xiāng)村知識的教師；鄉(xiāng)村學(xué)校對雙重教育目的的關(guān)照。
[Abstract]:Since 1990s, China has begun to adjust the layout of rural schools. Through the adjustment of layout, the conditions and quality of rural schools have been improved. However, with the gradual development of the adjustment of the layout of rural schools, It also has a certain influence on the inheritance of rural culture. Rural culture is a culture gradually formed and created by rural residents in long-term production and life. It also plays a regulatory role in the behavior and mutual relations of the villagers. This research takes S Central School of P County as a case, mainly adopts the method of field investigation and interview, through collecting relevant literature, research papers and reports, etc. Combing the school layout adjustment and rural culture. The school layout adjustment of P County was investigated on the spot, and the S central school was investigated from face to point, and the principal, relevant teachers and students were interviewed. Learn about their ideas and attitudes towards the school layout adjustment and the inheritance of rural culture. At the same time, enter the classroom to observe the teachers' specific performance in the classroom, so as to collect some first-hand information that is difficult to find through interviews. In addition, The villagers near S Central School were interviewed to find out their views on the school layout adjustment and the cultural interaction between the village and the school. On the basis of investigation, it is found that the adjustment of the layout of rural schools has forced the inheritance of rural culture into a certain predicament, which is mainly manifested in the weakening of the role of families and communities in inheriting rural culture to students, the absence of schools in the construction of rural culture; It is difficult to establish a foothold of rural culture in rural school education; the adjustment of school layout leads to the alienation of school from rural life. Based on this, this paper attempts to put forward the path of inheritance of rural culture under the background of school layout adjustment: proper retention of rural school; Rural boarding schools should tap educational resources in rural culture; rural schools should strengthen communication and interaction with families and communities; teachers colleges should strengthen the cultivation of teachers who love rural knowledge; rural schools should take care of the dual purpose of education.
