【摘要】：摘要：民辦教育是我國(guó)教育事業(yè)的重要組成部分，隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的逐步完善，群眾對(duì)教育的需求不斷增長(zhǎng)，家長(zhǎng)對(duì)孩子教育多樣化的需要應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)，教育事業(yè)迅速發(fā)展，我國(guó)的民辦教育也獲得了極大發(fā)展，民辦學(xué)校的生存與發(fā)展，已成為教育界關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)之一。 民辦教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的一個(gè)重要組成部分是民辦教育。國(guó)內(nèi)外教育理論界對(duì)民辦教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)沒(méi)有進(jìn)行過(guò)多的專門(mén)研究，只是分散在其他問(wèn)題的研究中作為一個(gè)部分來(lái)論述，欠缺對(duì)其的深入探索。通過(guò)對(duì)大量文獻(xiàn)的研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，民辦教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)存在的問(wèn)題和對(duì)策研究比較復(fù)雜，與許多深刻的理論背景和實(shí)踐基礎(chǔ)相關(guān)聯(lián)，需要更深入的學(xué)術(shù)探討和關(guān)注。在調(diào)查法和文獻(xiàn)法的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)濰坊市奎文區(qū)民辦教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展做戰(zhàn)略上的研究和探索。 近年來(lái)，伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展，一批民辦教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生，并迅速發(fā)展壯大。探索出的各種教育模式，適應(yīng)了廣大學(xué)生和家長(zhǎng)的多元化需求，對(duì)現(xiàn)行教育體制也形成了有益的補(bǔ)充。我區(qū)的培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)起步較早，改革開(kāi)放為他們帶來(lái)了機(jī)遇，他們對(duì)社會(huì)發(fā)展、市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)以及兩個(gè)文明建設(shè)發(fā)揮了重大作用，作出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。 民辦的教育培訓(xùn)是我國(guó)教育事業(yè)的另一種形式，是現(xiàn)代社會(huì)發(fā)展的必然產(chǎn)物�？膮^(qū)民辦教育培訓(xùn)的課程很全面。就教育的輻射面來(lái)說(shuō)，從社會(huì)教育、家庭教育到學(xué)校教育，從幼兒到老年的培訓(xùn)都有。 中國(guó)民辦教育具有廣闊的發(fā)展前景和生存空間，具有強(qiáng)大生命力和不可替代的作用，是全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)建設(shè)學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)、完善終身教育體系的主力軍。高度關(guān)注民辦教育機(jī)構(gòu)的發(fā)展，，才能使其在經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)發(fā)展方面發(fā)揮更大的作用。 通過(guò)對(duì)濰坊市奎文區(qū)民辦教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)管理體制的深入研究，比較全面掌握該區(qū)民辦教育發(fā)展的第一手資料，結(jié)合本人對(duì)民辦教育發(fā)展基本理論的建設(shè)性思考，著重從奎文的實(shí)際出發(fā)，以小見(jiàn)大，對(duì)奎文區(qū)民辦教育培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀做具體分析和研究，具有較強(qiáng)的針對(duì)性，對(duì)于促進(jìn)奎文區(qū)民辦教育健康發(fā)展，打造具有奎文特色的民辦教育管理模式具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Abstract: private education is an important part of education in China, with the gradual improvement of the market economy system, the mass demand for education continues to grow. Since the reform and opening up, the cause of education has developed rapidly, the private education in China has also been greatly developed, the survival and development of private schools. Has become one of the focus of attention in education. The private education is an important part of the private education and training institutions. The domestic and foreign educational theorists have not carried out too much special research on the private education and training institutions. Only scattered in the study of other issues as a part of the discussion, lack of in-depth exploration of its. Through a large number of literature research found that private education and training institutions of the problems and countermeasures are more complex. In connection with many profound theoretical backgrounds and practical foundations, it needs more in-depth academic discussion and attention, on the basis of the investigation method and the literature method. The sustainable development of private education and training institutions in Kuiwen District of Weifang City is studied and explored strategically. In recent years, with the economic and social development, a number of private education and training institutions emerged as the times require, and rapid development. Explore a variety of educational models, to meet the diverse needs of students and parents. The training institutions of our region started early, and the reform and opening up brought them opportunities. They played an important role in social development, market economy and the construction of two civilizations. Important contributions have been made. Private education and training is another form of education in our country and an inevitable outcome of the development of modern society. The curriculum of private education and training in Kuiwen District is very comprehensive. In terms of the radiation of education, from the perspective of social education. Family education to school education, from young children to the elderly have training. China's private education has a broad development prospects and living space, has a strong vitality and irreplaceable role, is to build a well-off society to build a learning society. Only by paying close attention to the development of private educational institutions can they play a greater role in economic and social development. Through the in-depth study of the management system of private education and training institutions in Kuiwen District of Weifang City, we can grasp the first-hand information of the development of private education in this area. Combined with my constructive thinking on the basic theory of private education development, focusing on the reality of Quiwen, through a small part of the overall development of private education and training institutions to do a specific analysis and research. With strong pertinence, it is of great significance to promote the healthy development of private education in Kuiwen District and to build a management mode of private education with Quiwen characteristics.
