【摘要】：現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,促使高等教育體制和教學(xué)模式產(chǎn)生新的重大飛躍與變革,同時(shí)對(duì)促進(jìn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育資源的發(fā)展意義重大。網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程作為網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育資源很重要的一個(gè)方面在現(xiàn)代高校教育改革中發(fā)揮著舉足輕重的作用。作為傳統(tǒng)教學(xué)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)教學(xué)相結(jié)合的混合教學(xué)是綜合兩者的優(yōu)勢(shì)以達(dá)到降低成本、提高效益的一種教學(xué)方式,它充分發(fā)揮了高校已有的數(shù)字環(huán)境的作用和價(jià)值。而協(xié)調(diào)好課堂教學(xué)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)學(xué)習(xí)的關(guān)系,使它們的完美融合為提高學(xué)習(xí)效果更好的服務(wù),成為當(dāng)今研究的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。 本文在對(duì)混合教學(xué)的概念、混合要素以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程在混合教學(xué)中的作用進(jìn)行探討后,重點(diǎn)分析了混合教學(xué)模式設(shè)計(jì)的原則,并依據(jù)Josh Bersin對(duì)混合教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)的過(guò)程描述以及RIT混合教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)模型將混合教學(xué)模式的各個(gè)要素做以最佳定位,構(gòu)建出了基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)課程的混合教學(xué)模式,該教學(xué)模式將混合教學(xué)分為前期分析、混合教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)和混合教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)三個(gè)階段。本文以《信息安全保密》課程為例分別從前期分析、教學(xué)策略、學(xué)習(xí)活動(dòng)和教學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)幾個(gè)方面對(duì)開(kāi)展混合教學(xué)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)踐研究,通過(guò)調(diào)查、問(wèn)卷、實(shí)驗(yàn)等方式對(duì)混合教學(xué)應(yīng)用效果進(jìn)行了分析和總結(jié),同時(shí)也論述了存在的問(wèn)題,并提出了提高混合教學(xué)有效性的建議。本研究不僅可以使大家對(duì)混合教學(xué)的作用有更清晰的認(rèn)識(shí),同時(shí)也為高等教育改革和網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育實(shí)踐提供參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern information technology, the higher education system and the teaching mode have made a great leap forward. At the same time, it is of great significance to promote the development of network education resources. As a very important aspect of network education resources, network course plays an important role in the educational reform of modern colleges and universities. As a traditional teaching and network teaching. The combination of learning and teaching is a combination of the advantages of the two to achieve cost reduction. A teaching method to improve the efficiency, which fully exerts the function and value of the existing digital environment in colleges and universities, and coordinates the relationship between classroom teaching and network learning. It is a hot issue to make their perfect fusion as a better service to improve the learning effect. In this paper, the concept of mixed teaching, mixed elements and the role of network courses in mixed teaching are discussed, and the principles of the design of mixed teaching mode are emphatically analyzed. According to the process description of mixed teaching design by Josh Bersin and the model of RIT hybrid teaching design, each element of mixed teaching model is best positioned. The mixed teaching model based on network course is constructed, which divides the mixed teaching into early stage analysis. This paper takes the course of "Information Security and Security" as an example to analyze the teaching strategy from the earlier stage. Learning activities and teaching evaluation of several aspects of the development of mixed teaching design and practical research, through surveys, questionnaires, experiments and other ways to analyze and summarize the application of mixed teaching. At the same time, it also discusses the existing problems, and puts forward some suggestions to improve the effectiveness of mixed teaching. This study can not only make everyone have a clearer understanding of the role of mixed teaching. At the same time, it also provides a reference for the reform of higher education and the practice of network education.
