【摘要】：社會(huì)治理視角下對(duì)非正式結(jié)構(gòu)體育社團(tuán)成員社會(huì)資本的構(gòu)成及其影響因素進(jìn)行探討有利于全民健身組織的快速發(fā)展。本文采用非正式結(jié)構(gòu)體育社團(tuán)成員社會(huì)資本的修訂問卷,對(duì)武陵山民族地區(qū)1 253名非正式結(jié)構(gòu)體育社團(tuán)成員進(jìn)行了調(diào)查。結(jié)果顯示:社會(huì)資本量表(5個(gè)維度:社會(huì)支持、互惠互動(dòng)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系、群體信任、群體志愿)信效度良好。學(xué)歷對(duì)社會(huì)支持、互惠互動(dòng)、群體信任、網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系以及打包社會(huì)資本的正向影響、年齡對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)關(guān)系的負(fù)向影響、月收入對(duì)群體志愿的負(fù)向影響以及職業(yè)對(duì)互惠互動(dòng)、群體志愿的正向影響都具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,并建立了逐步回歸方程。在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了管理啟示。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of social governance, this paper probes into the composition and influencing factors of the social capital of the members of the informal structure sports associations, which is beneficial to the rapid development of the national fitness organization. In this paper, a revised questionnaire on social capital of members of informal structure sports associations was used to investigate 1 253 members of informal structure sports associations in Wulingshan ethnic area. The results showed that the social capital statement (five dimensions: social support, reciprocity interaction, network relationship, group trust, group volunteerism) had good reliability and validity. The positive influence of academic background on social support, reciprocity interaction, group trust, network relationship and packaging social capital, the negative influence of age on network relationship, the negative influence of monthly income on group volunteerism, the positive influence of occupation on reciprocity interaction and group volunteerism are statistically significant, and the stepwise regression equation is established. On this basis, the management enlightenment is put forward.
