【摘要】：當(dāng)前,以科技競爭、教育競爭和人才競爭為主要形式的國際競爭日趨激烈,人才資源已成為第一資源。我國雖是人力資源大國,但人才發(fā)展總體水平還不能滿足經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展需求。為此,黨中央提出人才強(qiáng)國戰(zhàn)略。在這個重要時期,成人教育恰好能夠發(fā)揮自身的獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢和重要作用:既可以滿足各級各類人才繼續(xù)教育或終身學(xué)習(xí)的需要,又可以提高各級各類人才的整體素質(zhì),促進(jìn)他們?nèi)姘l(fā)展,造就經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展所急需的、緊缺的專門人才。
[Abstract]:At present, the international competition with the main forms of science and technology competition, education competition and talent competition is becoming more and more intense, and the talent resource has become the first resource. Although China is a large country of human resources, the overall level of talent development can not meet the needs of economic and social development. To this end, the Party Central Committee put forward the strategy of strengthening the country. In this important period, adult education can precisely play its unique advantage and important role: it can not only meet the needs of continuing education or lifelong learning for all kinds of talents at all levels, but also improve the overall quality of all kinds of talents at all levels. Promote their all-round development, bring up the economic and social development of the much-needed, shortage of specialized personnel.
