【摘要】：構(gòu)建藥學(xué)終身教育體系是改善與促進(jìn)醫(yī)藥行業(yè)發(fā)展,提高藥學(xué)人力資源水平,造福人類的重要舉措。在醫(yī)藥行業(yè)飛速發(fā)展的時(shí)期,構(gòu)建"多層次、多元化"的藥學(xué)終身教育服務(wù)體系,整合校內(nèi)外資源,制訂豐富的"菜單式"教育計(jì)劃,確立適應(yīng)社會(huì)需求的藥學(xué)終身教育質(zhì)量觀是藥學(xué)終身教育體系構(gòu)建的路徑選擇和正確定位。
[Abstract]:The construction of lifelong pharmaceutical education system is an important measure to improve and promote the development of pharmaceutical industry, improve the level of pharmaceutical human resources, and benefit mankind. In the period of rapid development of pharmaceutical industry, the construction of "multi-level". Diversified pharmaceutical life-long education service system, the integration of internal and external resources, the establishment of a rich "menu" education plan. It is the path choice and correct orientation to establish the quality view of lifelong pharmaceutical education to meet the needs of the society.
