【摘要】：護(hù)理實驗室是護(hù)理教學(xué)的重要場所。施行開放式管理有助于提高護(hù)生綜合運(yùn)用能力和創(chuàng)新能力,達(dá)到實驗室資源利用率的最大化。本文就實驗室開放式管理中出現(xiàn)的一些問題及相應(yīng)的對策進(jìn)行總結(jié)與探討。
[Abstract]:Nursing laboratory is an important place for nursing teaching. The implementation of open management is helpful to improve the comprehensive utilization ability and innovation ability of nursing students, and to maximize the utilization rate of laboratory resources. This paper summarizes and discusses some problems and corresponding countermeasures in the open management of laboratory.
