【摘要】：如今一個國家的發(fā)展與其國民的教育程度是密不可分的，這是一個知識經濟的時代。高等教育，不僅是為了提高國民素質，，在經濟建設方面高等教育的影響越來越大，尤其是在產業(yè)結構調整及優(yōu)化的過程中，高等教育培育的專業(yè)人才可以促進產業(yè)結構的發(fā)展，所以高等教育的培養(yǎng)方向要與產業(yè)結構的需求相適應。目前我國政府已經加大力度發(fā)展高等教育，以便適應經濟的發(fā)展，但在不同地區(qū)，高等教育的投入及規(guī)模仍然不協(xié)調，與經濟發(fā)展不能相匹配，致使一些經濟欠發(fā)達的地區(qū)出現(xiàn)人才流失現(xiàn)象，不利于各地區(qū)經濟互相合作，協(xié)調發(fā)展。 本文以教育、經濟增長、產業(yè)結構等理論作為理論分析基礎，并綜合的運用了經濟學、統(tǒng)計學、教育學等理論與方法，對我國近十年的經濟發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、產業(yè)結構現(xiàn)狀和高等教育發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行了全面系統(tǒng)的分析。利用因子分析，從微觀角度闡釋了我國各地區(qū)高等教育投入的基本情況及排名，并建立三次產業(yè)的發(fā)展情況與高等教育供給的模型，分析了在中短期內高等教育對不同產業(yè)發(fā)展的貢獻，還對不同產業(yè)就業(yè)結構與高等教育供給進行了相關分析，從而進一步理解高等教育的結構與產業(yè)結構、就業(yè)結構的匹配程度。基于以上分析結論，本文還總結了影響高等教育對經濟發(fā)展貢獻的因素，以及給出了合理的政策建議。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the development of a country is closely related to the educational level of its citizens, which is an era of knowledge economy. Higher education is not only to improve the quality of the people, but also has a greater and greater influence on economic construction, especially in the process of industrial structure adjustment and optimization, the professional talents cultivated in higher education can promote the development of industrial structure, so the training direction of higher education should be in line with the needs of industrial structure. At present, our government has intensified its efforts to develop higher education in order to adapt to the development of economy, but in different regions, the investment and scale of higher education are still not coordinated and can not match with economic development, resulting in the phenomenon of brain drain in some economically underdeveloped areas, which is not conducive to the cooperation and coordinated development of the economies of various regions. Based on the theories of education, economic growth and industrial structure, and using the theories and methods of economics, statistics and pedagogy, this paper makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the present situation of economic development, industrial structure and the development of higher education in China in the past ten years. By means of factor analysis, this paper explains the basic situation and ranking of higher education investment in various regions of China from the micro point of view, establishes the model of the development of the three industries and the supply of higher education, analyzes the contribution of higher education to the development of different industries in the short and medium term, and also makes a correlation analysis between the employment structure of different industries and the supply of higher education, so as to further understand the structure and industrial structure of higher education. Based on the above analysis conclusions, this paper also summarizes the factors that affect the contribution of higher education to economic development, and gives reasonable policy suggestions.
