【摘要】：馬克思主義政黨是代表群眾利益、為群眾服務(wù)的先進組織，馬克思主義政黨只有贏得青年，才能贏得未來。當(dāng)代大學(xué)生是掌握先進科學(xué)文化知識的青年群體，是中國共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政基礎(chǔ)的一支重要群眾力量，也是中國共產(chǎn)黨的新生力量的重要來源。大學(xué)生肩負(fù)著把建設(shè)有中國特色社會主義事業(yè)不斷推向前進的偉大使命，他們的思想道德素質(zhì)、科學(xué)文化素質(zhì)如何，直接關(guān)系到國家和民族的未來。大學(xué)生入黨動機正確與否，不僅關(guān)系著大學(xué)生自身的全面發(fā)展，而且關(guān)系到黨的純潔性和黨組織的戰(zhàn)斗力，以及社會主義國家的穩(wěn)定和發(fā)展。 當(dāng)前，伴隨著世界經(jīng)濟一體化、政治多極化、文化多元化、科技信息化的國際環(huán)境，在中國社會轉(zhuǎn)型進入加速期的過程中，大學(xué)生群體積極向上，入黨熱情普遍高漲，但也存在入黨動機異質(zhì)化問題。 本文在前人相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上，遵循辯證唯物主義和歷史唯物主義的研究方法，立足于中國社會轉(zhuǎn)型的現(xiàn)實背景，力求在準(zhǔn)確、客觀的把握當(dāng)代中國大學(xué)生群體特點的前提下，對大學(xué)生入黨動機異質(zhì)化問題進行闡釋；通過歸納與分析當(dāng)代大學(xué)生入黨動機的總體情況，使之系統(tǒng)化、理論化，，上升為對當(dāng)前大學(xué)生黨建工作的思考和經(jīng)驗。進而對如何防范大學(xué)生入黨動機異質(zhì)化進行有益的理論探索和創(chuàng)新，同時為加強基層學(xué)生黨組織建設(shè)的路徑提供一種新的視角。 本文共分四部分，第一部分為引言，其主要內(nèi)容包括本文的選題意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀以及研究思路和方法；第二部分解釋了入黨動機、入黨動機異質(zhì)化的涵義，介紹了當(dāng)代大學(xué)生入黨動機異質(zhì)化問題研究的重要性；第三部分對大學(xué)生入黨動機異質(zhì)化問題進行分析，指出其產(chǎn)生的影響；第四部分從建立健全當(dāng)代大學(xué)生入黨機制方面提出了解決思路和對策。
[Abstract]:Marxist political party is an advanced organization which represents the interests of the masses and serves the masses. Marxist political parties can win the future only if they win the youth. Contemporary college students are a group of young people who master advanced scientific and cultural knowledge. They are an important mass force of the ruling foundation of the Communist Party of China and an important source of the new strength of the Communist Party of China. College students shoulder the great mission of constantly pushing forward the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. Their ideological and moral quality, scientific and cultural quality are directly related to the future of the country and nation. Whether the college students' motivation to join the Party is correct or not is not only related to the all-round development of the college students themselves, but also to the purity of the Party and the fighting capacity of the Party organizations, as well as the stability and development of the socialist countries. At present, with the international environment of world economic integration, political multipolarization, cultural diversity, science and technology informationization, in the process of China's social transformation entering an accelerated period, the group of college students is active and the enthusiasm for joining the Party is generally high. However, there is also the problem of heterogeneity of motivation for joining the Party. On the basis of previous relevant studies, this paper follows the research methods of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, based on the realistic background of Chinese social transformation, and tries to grasp the characteristics of contemporary Chinese college students accurately and objectively. Explain the heterogeneity of college students' motivation to join the Party; Through summing up and analyzing the general situation of college students' motivation to join the Party, it is systematized and theorized to become the thinking and experience of the party building work of college students at present. Then it makes a beneficial theoretical exploration and innovation on how to prevent the heterogeneity of college students' motivation to join the Party and at the same time provides a new angle of view for strengthening the path of the party organization construction of students at the grass-roots level. This paper is divided into four parts, the first part is the introduction, the main content includes the significance of this topic, the domestic and foreign research status, as well as the research ideas and methods; The second part explains the meaning of the motivation of joining the party and the heterogeneity of the motivation of joining the party, and introduces the importance of the research on the heterogeneity of the motivation of joining the party of contemporary college students. The third part analyzes the heterogeneity of college students' motivation to join the Party and points out its influence. The fourth part puts forward the solutions and countermeasures from the aspect of establishing and perfecting the mechanism of college students' joining the Party.
