【摘要】：學(xué)生會既是培養(yǎng)人才、鍛煉能力、凝聚學(xué)生群體的組織,又是大學(xué)生自我肯定、自我實(shí)現(xiàn)的組織。“自我服務(wù)、自我管理、自我教育”是學(xué)生會自治性的本質(zhì)體現(xiàn)。學(xué)生的各方面需要是學(xué)生會工作的出發(fā)點(diǎn)和最終歸宿。本文從“三自”角度出發(fā),結(jié)合學(xué)生會的職能職責(zé),發(fā)現(xiàn)當(dāng)前學(xué)生會建設(shè)存在的一些問題,找出原因,并著重從學(xué)生干部的培育和任用、制度的完善和活動的開展等方面提出具體的措施和建議,以期學(xué)生會更好的發(fā)展。第一章內(nèi)容為本文的寫作意義及思路；第二章介紹“三自”的相關(guān)理論及概念；第三章總結(jié)學(xué)生會發(fā)揮“三自”功能存在的問題；第四章分析學(xué)生會發(fā)揮“三自”功能存在不足的原因；第五章內(nèi)容為改進(jìn)高校學(xué)生會“三自”功能提供的建議；第六章給出學(xué)生會“三自”功能的具體實(shí)踐。
[Abstract]:Student Union is not only the organization of cultivating talents, exercising ability, condensing students' group, but also the organization of self-affirmation and self-realization of college students. Self-service, self-management and self-education are the essence of students union autonomy. All aspects of students' needs are the starting point and final destination of student union work. From the angle of "three self" and combining the functions and responsibilities of the student union, this paper finds out some problems existing in the current student union construction, finds out the reasons, and emphasizes on the cultivation and appointment of student cadres. The improvement of the system and the development of activities and other aspects of specific measures and suggestions, in order to better development of students. The first chapter is the meaning and thinking of this paper, the second chapter introduces the theory and concept of "three self", the third chapter summarizes the problems existing in the function of "three self". The fourth chapter analyzes the reasons for the insufficiency of the function of "three self" in students' Union; the fifth chapter provides some suggestions for improving the function of "three self" of students' Union in colleges and universities; the sixth chapter gives the concrete practice of the function of "three self" of students' Union.
