【摘要】：當今世界科技進步日新月異、國際競爭日趨激烈，加快推進自主創(chuàng)新，建設創(chuàng)新型國家是我國面臨的重大現(xiàn)實問題。自主創(chuàng)新的關鍵靠人才，基礎在教育�？萍紕�(chuàng)新人才作為創(chuàng)新人才的重要組成部分，在建設創(chuàng)新型國家的進程中起到至關重要的作用。當前我國正處于全面建設小康社會、推進社會主義現(xiàn)代化的關鍵歷史時期，面臨著對創(chuàng)新人才尤其是科技創(chuàng)新人才的重大需求。高等學校作為培養(yǎng)和造就高素質(zhì)人才的重要基地，在國家科技創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)體系中發(fā)揮著不可替代的作用。 本文以高校本科階段科技創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)為研究對象，將科技創(chuàng)新與創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)有機結合，開展科技創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)綜合研究。論文在分析世界和我國科技創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀及面臨挑戰(zhàn)的基礎上，從人才培養(yǎng)模式、專業(yè)設置、課程體系、教學方法、教學內(nèi)容、實踐教學、人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量等方面總結我國科技創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)存在的問題，通過對問題的根源進行探討，從更新教育教學理念、營造良好創(chuàng)新氛圍、改革人才培養(yǎng)模式、優(yōu)化完善課程體系、改革教學方法和內(nèi)容、打造創(chuàng)新實踐平臺等方面對加強科技創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)提出對策和建議。最后選取985高校華南理工大學作為案例，對其科技創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)的經(jīng)驗和做法開展實證分析。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology in the world and the increasingly fierce international competition, speeding up independent innovation and building an innovative country are the major practical problems facing our country. The key to independent innovation depends on talent, which is based on education. As an important part of innovative talents, scientific and technological innovation talents play a vital role in the process of building an innovative country. At present, our country is in the key historical period of building a well-off society in an all-round way and promoting socialist modernization, and is faced with a great demand for innovative talents, especially for scientific and technological innovation talents. As an important base for cultivating and bringing up high quality talents, colleges and universities play an irreplaceable role in the national scientific and technological innovation talents training system. In this paper, the undergraduate stage of scientific and technological innovation talent training as the research object, the scientific and technological innovation and innovation talent training organic combination, scientific and technological innovation talent training comprehensive research. On the basis of analyzing the present situation and challenges of scientific and technological innovation talents cultivation in the world and in China, the paper analyzes the talent training model, specialty setting, curriculum system, teaching methods, teaching contents, practical teaching. This paper summarizes the problems existing in the cultivation of scientific and technological innovation talents in China from the aspects of personnel training quality and so on. Through the discussion of the root causes of the problems, we should renew the educational and teaching concepts, create a good atmosphere of innovation, reform the mode of talent training, and optimize and perfect the curriculum system. The reform of teaching methods and contents, the creation of innovative practice platform and other aspects to strengthen the cultivation of scientific and technological innovation talents put forward countermeasures and suggestions. Finally, 985 colleges and universities of South China University of Science and Technology as a case, to its scientific and technological innovation personnel training experience and practice to carry out an empirical analysis.
