當(dāng)代大學(xué)生就業(yè)觀問題的研究與對策

【摘要】:自08年金融危機爆發(fā)以來,世界經(jīng)濟形勢仍未好轉(zhuǎn),大學(xué)生的就業(yè)壓力日趨增大,在目前教育體系下,在校大學(xué)生還未能意識到就業(yè)的殘酷,就業(yè)觀念有待更新,而在傳統(tǒng)就業(yè)認(rèn)識的影響下,嚴(yán)峻的就業(yè)形勢使得大學(xué)生心態(tài)更加急躁、消極,這給大學(xué)生就業(yè)和職業(yè)發(fā)展都帶來非常不利的影響。當(dāng)前最重要的就是建立科學(xué)的就業(yè)觀念培養(yǎng)體系,讓大學(xué)生及早對自己準(zhǔn)確定位,成功踏上自己的職業(yè)發(fā)展路徑。 本文從在校大學(xué)生所處的環(huán)境出發(fā),參考相關(guān)研究資料的前提下,對大學(xué)生就業(yè)觀進行界定,,闡述大學(xué)生就業(yè)觀的現(xiàn)狀和特點,并分就業(yè)準(zhǔn)備、就業(yè)動機、就業(yè)認(rèn)識、就業(yè)價值觀和就業(yè)途徑等幾個方面分析當(dāng)代大學(xué)畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)心理,并就大學(xué)生就業(yè)觀念中存在的問題進行探討其產(chǎn)生的原因,最后針對存在的問題提出相應(yīng)的解決辦法,以期促進大學(xué)生就業(yè)觀念的正確樹立。 本文的創(chuàng)新點在于引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生從就業(yè)觀念調(diào)整和能力提高、高校課程體系改革、政府政策支持等方面提出解決就業(yè)問題的建議,從而學(xué)校改進教學(xué)形式,加強就業(yè)指導(dǎo),政府出臺支持政策的前提下,促進大學(xué)生就業(yè)觀念的更新和就業(yè)的實現(xiàn),最終為我國大學(xué)生就業(yè)指導(dǎo)體系創(chuàng)建理論支持和實踐支持。
[Abstract]:Since the outbreak of the financial crisis in 2008, the world economic situation has not improved, and the employment pressure of college students is increasing day by day. Under the current education system, college students have yet to realize the cruelty of employment, and the concept of employment needs to be renewed. Under the influence of the traditional employment cognition, the severe employment situation makes the college students more impatient and negative, which has a very negative impact on the employment and career development of college students. At present, the most important thing is to establish a scientific training system of employment concept, so that college students can accurately position themselves as soon as possible and successfully embark on their own career development path. Starting from the college students' environment and referring to the relevant research materials, this paper defines the college students' employment view, expounds the present situation and characteristics of the college students' employment view, and divides the employment preparation, the employment motive, the employment cognition, and so on. This paper analyzes the employment psychology of contemporary college graduates from the aspects of employment values and employment approaches, and probes into the causes of the problems existing in the employment concept of college students, and finally puts forward corresponding solutions to the existing problems. In order to promote the correct establishment of employment concept of college students. The innovation of this paper lies in guiding college students to put forward some suggestions to solve the employment problem from the aspects of adjusting their employment concept and improving their ability, reforming the curriculum system of colleges and universities, and supporting the government policies, so as to improve the teaching form and strengthen the employment guidance. Under the premise of the government's supporting policy, it can promote the renewal of college students' employment concept and the realization of employment, and finally establish theoretical and practical support for the employment guidance system of college students in China.
