【摘要】：我國(guó)近幾年高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)一直是大家關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)，盡管社會(huì)各界針對(duì)此問題出謀劃策：可是大學(xué)生就業(yè)問題得到緩解了嗎？在如此困境下，企業(yè)為什么依舊遭遇“招工難”的窘境？我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)高速上揚(yáng)的態(tài)勢(shì)下，高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)壓力為什么得不到解決?大學(xué)生就業(yè)問題的主要矛盾究竟出在哪？針對(duì)一些匱乏工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)和社會(huì)實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)的大學(xué)生，在大學(xué)就讀期間該如何教育與培養(yǎng)？面對(duì)全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化，大學(xué)生該如何面對(duì)機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)？上述問題成為高校畢業(yè)生、家長(zhǎng)、社會(huì)各界廣泛關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)。高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問題的研究，對(duì)于大學(xué)生身心的發(fā)展，高校提高教育質(zhì)量，加快實(shí)施人才強(qiáng)國(guó)戰(zhàn)略，推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)穩(wěn)步發(fā)展，具有重要的理論價(jià)值和實(shí)踐意義。 本文主要采用專家訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、文獻(xiàn)資料法、區(qū)域結(jié)構(gòu)分析等方法對(duì)現(xiàn)階段高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)問題進(jìn)行分析研究。經(jīng)過深入研究可以為我國(guó)高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的提供理論參考，為改善大學(xué)生就業(yè)模式提供實(shí)質(zhì)性建議，推動(dòng)我國(guó)大學(xué)生就業(yè)形勢(shì)良好的發(fā)展。 本文在查閱、走訪、調(diào)查后，決定從以下幾點(diǎn)對(duì)大學(xué)生就業(yè)問題進(jìn)行深入研究： 第一，就業(yè)面臨的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題、理論與實(shí)際政策的研究。從剖析大學(xué)生就業(yè)難的主要原因—時(shí)代背景入手，研究大學(xué)生就業(yè)的相關(guān)理論知識(shí)，進(jìn)一步從大學(xué)生自身，企事業(yè)用人制度及國(guó)家相關(guān)政策等方面提出可行性建議。 第二，發(fā)展與大學(xué)生就業(yè)因素的研究。研究產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，專業(yè)框架與高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的關(guān)系，高校人才培養(yǎng)與產(chǎn)業(yè)需求銜接，新興產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)高校人才及教育方式的影響。 第三，，對(duì)大學(xué)生就業(yè)影響的研究。從理論上研究人才的培養(yǎng)與分布對(duì)國(guó)家核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的影響，用定量分析方法探究高校規(guī)模擴(kuò)招與大學(xué)生就業(yè)的關(guān)系，還就與大學(xué)生就業(yè)中關(guān)鍵的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)在高校人才培養(yǎng)中所占比重等問題進(jìn)行了集中的研究。 第四，進(jìn)而分別從高�？沙掷m(xù)教育，發(fā)起創(chuàng)業(yè)教育及法律保障等與高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)相關(guān)的事宜進(jìn)行探究。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the employment of college graduates in China has been the focus of attention, although all sectors of society to give advice to this problem: but the employment of college students has been alleviated? In such a difficult situation, why do enterprises still encounter "recruitment difficulties" dilemma? Why can't the employment pressure of college graduates be solved when the economy of our country is rising at a high speed? What is the main contradiction in the employment of college students? How to educate and train some college students who are short of work experience and social practice experience while studying in university? In the face of global economic integration, how should college students face opportunities and challenges? The above question becomes the hot spot which the university graduate, the parent, the social all walks of life widespread concern. The study on employment of college graduates is of great theoretical value and practical significance to the development of college students' body and mind, to the improvement of education quality, to the implementation of the strategy of strengthening the country by talents, and to the steady development of economy and society. This paper mainly adopts the methods of expert interview, questionnaire investigation, literature research and regional structure analysis to analyze the employment problems of college graduates at the present stage. The in-depth study can provide a theoretical reference for the employment of college graduates in our country, provide substantive suggestions for improving the employment mode of college students, and promote the good development of the employment situation of college students in China. This paper, after consulting, visiting and investigating, decides to study the employment problem of college students from the following aspects: first, the realistic problem of employment, the research of theory and practical policy. Starting with the analysis of the main reasons for the difficulty of obtaining employment for college students-the background of the times, this paper studies the relevant theoretical knowledge of the employment of college students, and puts forward some feasible suggestions from the aspects of college students themselves, the employment system of enterprises and institutions and the relevant policies of the state. Second, the development and the university student employment factor research. This paper studies the relationship between the industrial structure, the professional framework and the employment of college graduates, the connection between the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities and the industrial demand, and the influence of the new industry on the talents and the ways of education in colleges and universities. Third, the study on the employment impact of college students. This paper theoretically studies the influence of the cultivation and distribution of talents on the core competitiveness of the country, and probes into the relationship between the scale expansion of college students and the employment of college students by means of quantitative analysis. The paper also makes a concentrated study on the proportion of the key practical experience in college personnel training. Fourth, from the university sustainable education, starting entrepreneurship education and legal protection and other issues related to the employment of college graduates to explore.
