【摘要】：大學生職業(yè)發(fā)展與就業(yè)指導關(guān)系到大學生的擇業(yè)乃至一生的發(fā)展。本文以醫(yī)學生就業(yè)難為切入點,從初次就業(yè)率、醫(yī)學生就業(yè)流向結(jié)構(gòu)、就業(yè)心理等現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),闡述了醫(yī)學生就業(yè)難主要是由地方政策、外部社會環(huán)境、醫(yī)學院校內(nèi)部原因、基層用人單位吸引力弱以及畢業(yè)生自身問題等原因引起的,進而提出醫(yī)學生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育是應對就業(yè)難的重要途徑。文中通過對國內(nèi)醫(yī)學生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的現(xiàn)狀的分析,闡述了影響醫(yī)學生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃的幾個因素,從而提出醫(yī)學生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育的對策：一是完善教育體系,提高醫(yī)學院職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育水平；二是充分發(fā)揮政府職能,改善環(huán)境,推動醫(yī)學生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃教育發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The career development and employment guidance of college students are related to the career selection and life development of college students. Starting from the current situation of the first employment rate, the structure of the employment flow of medical students and the employment psychology, this paper expounds that the difficulties in obtaining employment of medical students are mainly caused by local policies, external social environment, and internal reasons of medical colleges and universities. The weak attractiveness of employers at the grass-roots level and the graduates' own problems are the main reasons, and it is pointed out that the career planning education of medical students is an important way to deal with the difficulty of employment. Based on the analysis of the current situation of career planning education for medical students in China, this paper expounds several factors that affect the career planning of medical students, and then puts forward the countermeasures of career planning education for medical students: first, to perfect the educational system; The second is to give full play to the functions of the government, to improve the environment and to promote the development of medical students' career planning education.
