【摘要】: 隨著我國高等教育進(jìn)入大眾化,高等教育已日益凸顯出生態(tài)多樣性,高等院校的分類定位和特色發(fā)展問題越來越受到各方的關(guān)注,以培養(yǎng)社會(huì)急需的應(yīng)用型人才的高校將進(jìn)入一個(gè)前所未有的發(fā)展時(shí)期。 眾所周知,相對(duì)于學(xué)術(shù)型人才培養(yǎng)而言,應(yīng)用型人才的培養(yǎng)更加注重實(shí)踐性、應(yīng)用性和技術(shù)性。它不僅需要不斷改進(jìn)和創(chuàng)設(shè)以應(yīng)用能力培養(yǎng)為核心的專業(yè)課程體系,同時(shí)更需要一支既具有深厚理論功底又具有較強(qiáng)專業(yè)實(shí)踐能力的“雙師型”教師隊(duì)伍。教師實(shí)踐教學(xué)能力狀況是保證應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵。然而,近年來我國多數(shù)應(yīng)用型本科院校因擴(kuò)招而新進(jìn)的教師雖然理論功底扎實(shí),但大多缺少本專業(yè)及相關(guān)專業(yè)崗位的實(shí)踐技能,其實(shí)踐教學(xué)能力難以滿足應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)的要求。因此,應(yīng)用型本科院校教師實(shí)踐教學(xué)能力的培養(yǎng)問題越來越受到人們的關(guān)注。 論文首先分析了國外高校對(duì)教師實(shí)踐教學(xué)能力培養(yǎng)的成功做法和國內(nèi)學(xué)者對(duì)教師實(shí)踐教學(xué)能力培養(yǎng)的最新研究成果,并在對(duì)安徽省13所應(yīng)用型本科高校教師的問卷調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,采用因子分析法對(duì)應(yīng)用型本科院校教師實(shí)踐教學(xué)能力的影響因素進(jìn)行了實(shí)證性研究。研究表明,教師對(duì)實(shí)踐教學(xué)能力的認(rèn)知程度、權(quán)威機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)教師實(shí)踐教學(xué)能力的認(rèn)證狀況、教師自身的實(shí)踐經(jīng)歷、實(shí)踐教學(xué)能力培養(yǎng)的環(huán)境因素、以及高校對(duì)教師實(shí)踐教學(xué)能力的培養(yǎng)機(jī)制是影響應(yīng)用型本科院校教師實(shí)踐教學(xué)能力的顯著性因素。最后,論文提出了強(qiáng)化教師對(duì)實(shí)踐教學(xué)的認(rèn)同感、借助校企合作平臺(tái)、強(qiáng)化崗位培訓(xùn)、建立健全實(shí)踐教學(xué)能力考評(píng)體系等政策建議,探索了應(yīng)用型本科院校教師實(shí)踐教學(xué)能力的培養(yǎng)路徑,以提升教師實(shí)踐教學(xué)能力和應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of higher education in our country, the ecological diversity of higher education has become increasingly prominent, and the classification orientation and characteristic development of colleges and universities have attracted more and more attention from all sides. Colleges and universities will enter an unprecedented period of development in order to train the applied talents that the society badly needs. As we all know, the cultivation of applied talents is more practical, applied and technical than that of academic talents. It not only needs to improve and create the professional curriculum system with the training of applied ability as the core, but also needs a "double-qualified" teacher team with deep theoretical foundation and strong professional practice ability. The condition of teachers' practical teaching ability is the key to guarantee the quality of practical talents training. However, in recent years, most of the applied undergraduate colleges and universities in China because of the expansion of new teachers, although the theoretical foundation is solid, but most of the lack of practical skills of the profession and related professional posts, Its practical teaching ability is difficult to meet the requirements of the cultivation of applied talents. Therefore, people pay more and more attention to the cultivation of practical teaching ability of applied undergraduate teachers. The paper first analyzes the successful practices of foreign universities and colleges to cultivate teachers' practical teaching ability and the latest research results of domestic scholars on the cultivation of teachers' practical teaching ability. On the basis of the questionnaire survey of teachers in 13 applied undergraduate universities in Anhui Province, the factors influencing the practical teaching ability of applied undergraduate teachers are studied empirically by factor analysis. The research shows that the degree of teachers' cognition to practical teaching ability, the certification of teachers' practical teaching ability by authoritative organizations, the teachers' own practical experience, the environmental factors of cultivating practical teaching ability, The training mechanism of teachers' practical teaching ability in colleges and universities is a significant factor that affects the practical teaching ability of applied undergraduate colleges and universities. Finally, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions, such as strengthening teachers' identity to practical teaching, strengthening on-the-job training with the help of the platform of school-enterprise cooperation, and establishing and perfecting the system of practical teaching ability evaluation. In order to improve teachers' practical teaching ability and the quality of applied talents, this paper explores the cultivation path of practical teaching ability of applied undergraduate college teachers.
