日本職業(yè)生涯教育研究

【摘要】:日本作為我國的鄰邦,在將西方職業(yè)生涯教育引進(jìn)到國內(nèi),結(jié)合自身特殊情況將其本土化方面有著成功經(jīng)驗。本文結(jié)合國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)研究,根據(jù)論文所需,運用文獻(xiàn)法、歷史法、歸納法等研究方法系統(tǒng)的梳理整個日本職業(yè)生涯體系。通過分析其特點,,反思其問題,不僅可以幫助完善我國的職業(yè)生涯教育體系,而且有助于引導(dǎo)學(xué)生規(guī)劃自己的人生,更好更快地發(fā)展和完善未來道路,實現(xiàn)自己的人生價值。 本文第一章主要是研究綜述,通過日本和國內(nèi)的研究現(xiàn)狀梳理研究脈絡(luò),明確研究方法和意義。主要研究部分集中在第二、三、四章,從三個部分進(jìn)行研究:其中第一部分首先以理論為基礎(chǔ),分析了日本的職業(yè)生涯教育主要理論基礎(chǔ)及其在日本的發(fā)展和日本職業(yè)生涯教育發(fā)展歷程,日本將美國的職業(yè)生涯理論作為先行理論基礎(chǔ),然后與國內(nèi)實際相結(jié)合進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,取得了良好效果;第二部分從內(nèi)部出發(fā),解讀日本職業(yè)生涯教育組織體系及教育內(nèi)容,目的在于了解日本整個職業(yè)生涯教育體系框架。這部分從學(xué)校、企業(yè)、社會三個方面了解其內(nèi)部組織結(jié)構(gòu)、教育內(nèi)容、目的以及明確其對職業(yè)生涯教育的作用;第三部分以外部影響因素為立足點,從法律、專業(yè)組織機(jī)構(gòu)、師資隊伍等方面分析了日本職業(yè)生涯教育保障體系,探討日本職業(yè)生涯教育成功的支持性條件。 最后,通過對日本職業(yè)生涯教育的研究,分析我國職業(yè)生涯教育所面臨的困境,對此探討如何結(jié)合我國的具體情況吸收日本職業(yè)生涯教育的成功經(jīng)驗。筆者認(rèn)為要從普及職業(yè)生涯教育意識;建立完善的法律法規(guī)制度;推行職業(yè)生涯教育基礎(chǔ)課程改革;建立學(xué)校與社會互動機(jī)制,密切教育與就業(yè)的聯(lián)系等方面形成本土化的理論和實踐模式。
[Abstract]:Japan, as a neighbour of our country, has introduced the Western Career Education into the country and has successful experience in its localization in combination with its own special circumstances. This paper, based on the relevant research and research at home and abroad, combs the whole Japanese career system by means of literature, history, induction and other research methods. The analysis of its characteristics and Reflection on its problems can not only help to improve our country's career education system, but also help guide students to plan their own life, better and faster development and improvement of the future road, and realize their own life value.
The first chapter of this paper is a summary of the research. Through the current research situation in Japan and the country, the research method and significance are clarifies. The main research part is concentrated in the second, third and four chapters, which are studied from three parts. The first part is the first part of the theoretical basis and the analysis of the main theoretical basis of the career education in Japan and the analysis of the basic theory of the Japanese career education. In the course of the development of Japan and the development of Japanese career education, Japan takes the American career theory as the foundation of the theory, and then combines with the domestic reality to further develop and achieve good results. The second part starts from the internal, interprets the organizational system and educational content of the Japanese career education, with the aim of understanding Japan. The whole framework of career education system. This part understands its internal organizational structure, education content, purpose and its role in the career education from three aspects of school, enterprise and society. The third part analyses the Japanese career from the aspects of law, professional organization and teachers. The educational guarantee system explores the supportive conditions for the success of career education in Japan.
Finally, through the study of the career education in Japan, this paper analyzes the difficulties faced by the career education in China, and discusses how to absorb the successful experience of the Japanese career education in combination with the specific circumstances of our country. The author thinks that it is necessary to popularize the consciousness of career education, establish a perfect law and regulation system, and carry out the career teaching. The reform of basic education curriculum, the establishment of an interactive mechanism between schools and society, and close links between education and employment form a localized theoretical and practical mode.
