尊重教育理念在高校思想政治教育中的應(yīng)用探析

【摘要】:21世紀(jì)是真正關(guān)注人、弘揚(yáng)人、尊重人的主體性的世紀(jì)。中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)政治體制改革已經(jīng)進(jìn)入攻堅(jiān)階段,實(shí)現(xiàn)以人為本、促進(jìn)人的全面發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)今中國社會(huì)發(fā)展的主題和目標(biāo)。在此時(shí)代背景下,教育也在不斷引進(jìn)新的教育理念與思想。將尊重教育理念應(yīng)用于高校思想政治教育,是對(duì)思想政治教育現(xiàn)狀的反思,是對(duì)時(shí)代精神的一種把握。 尊重教育的核心是“以人為本”的教育,突出人的發(fā)展,體現(xiàn)了思想政治教育的基本價(jià)值。筆者適應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展要求將尊重教育理念引入高校思想政治教育的基本實(shí)踐中,就是用先進(jìn)的教育理念、時(shí)代的教育要求、合理的教育構(gòu)架和科學(xué)的教育方式對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行思想政治教育。從思想政治教育的目標(biāo)、過程、內(nèi)容到形式,來審視和構(gòu)建符合教育規(guī)律的思想政治教育模式。① 在《尊重教育理念在高校思想政治教育中的應(yīng)用探析》一文中,筆者以“尊重人的主體性、促進(jìn)人的全面發(fā)展”的尊重教育理念統(tǒng)領(lǐng)全文。文章總體分為四部分:第一部分:緒論。首先介紹了選題的背景。其次從適應(yīng)時(shí)代要求、增強(qiáng)思想政治教育實(shí)效性兩方面探尋本文的研究目的和意義。最后闡釋本文采用的研究方法,即文獻(xiàn)法和邏輯分析法。創(chuàng)新之處有兩點(diǎn),即理論視角上的創(chuàng)新和邏輯分析法的徹底運(yùn)用。第二部分:尊重教育理念概述。通過對(duì)尊重、尊重的教育涵義的探尋得出了作為一種教育理念的尊重教育的內(nèi)涵與特征,及其在高校思想政治教育中應(yīng)用的價(jià)值與意義。既而通過充分分析和借鑒中國古代的尊重教育思想、西方尊重教育思想和新世紀(jì)國內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)尊重教育理念研究的優(yōu)秀成果,引出“尊重人的主體性、促進(jìn)人的全面發(fā)展”,以此作為尊重教育理念在思想政治教育中應(yīng)用的基點(diǎn)和出發(fā)點(diǎn)。第三部分:尊重教育理念在高校思想政治教育中應(yīng)用的理論基礎(chǔ)與基本體現(xiàn)。在此部分中,筆者從理論和實(shí)際運(yùn)用兩個(gè)角度闡述了尊重教育理念在高校思想政治教育中應(yīng)用的理論基礎(chǔ)和實(shí)際應(yīng)用的具體體現(xiàn)。從而證明“尊重人的主體性、促進(jìn)人的全面發(fā)展”這一貫穿全文理念的可行性和正確性。在理論上,以馬克思主義人本思想為理論基礎(chǔ)、以馬斯洛需要層次理論為心理學(xué)依據(jù)。從尊重教育規(guī)律、尊重教育者、尊重受教育者三個(gè)方面對(duì)尊重教育理念在高校思想政治教育中具體應(yīng)用進(jìn)行論述。第四部分:尊重教育理念在高校思想政治教育中的實(shí)踐探索。筆者認(rèn)為,在思想政治教育基本實(shí)踐中,對(duì)尊重教育理念的運(yùn)用存在著三個(gè)問題,即對(duì)尊重教育理念認(rèn)識(shí)存在偏差、缺乏尊重的教育氛圍、尊重的教育理念應(yīng)用缺乏一定的系統(tǒng)性。針對(duì)以上存在的問題,,筆者提出了具體的解決策略。 文章通篇從立意到內(nèi)容設(shè)定,都緊密地結(jié)合時(shí)代發(fā)展特點(diǎn),緊密地結(jié)合高校思想政治理論課改革的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),以高度尊重和關(guān)注人的主體性,實(shí)現(xiàn)人的全面發(fā)展為主線。本文對(duì)尊重教育理念在高校思想政治教育中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行了嘗試性的探討和研究,希望借此能夠豐富尊重教育理念在高校思想政治教育中的應(yīng)用內(nèi)涵,促進(jìn)尊重教育理念在高校思想政治教育領(lǐng)域發(fā)揮其尊重學(xué)生主體性的思想,增強(qiáng)思想政治教育的時(shí)效性,使思想政治教育呈現(xiàn)出更加嶄新的局面。
[Abstract]:Twenty-first Century is a century of real attention to people, carrying forward people and respecting the subjectivity of human beings. The reform of China's economic and political system has already entered the stage of attack. To realize people oriented and promote the all-round development of people has become the theme and goal of the development of Chinese society today. Under this background, education has also introduced new educational ideas and ideas. Applying the concept of respecting education to ideological and political education in Colleges and universities is a reflection of the current situation of Ideological and political education and a grasp of the spirit of the times.
The core of respect for education is "people-oriented" education, highlighting the development of people, reflecting the basic value of Ideological and political education. In the basic practice of introducing the concept of education to the ideological and political education of colleges and universities, the author uses the advanced educational concept, the educational requirements of the times, the rational educational framework and science. The mode of Ideological and political education is carried out for students. From the goal, process, content and form of Ideological and political education, the ideological and political education pattern is examined and constructed.
In the study of the application of the concept of respect for education in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities, the author leads the full text with respect to the educational concept of "respecting the subjectivity of human beings and promoting the all-round development of people". The article is divided into four parts as a whole: the first part: introduction. First, the background of the topic is introduced. Secondly, it will strengthen the ideological and political affairs from the requirements of the times. In the two aspects of the effectiveness of the treatment of education, the purpose and significance of the study are explored. Finally, the research methods adopted in this article, namely, the literature method and the logical analysis method, have two points, namely, the innovation in the theoretical perspective and the thorough application of the logical analysis method. The second part: respect the educational concept of respect and respect by respecting and respecting. It explores the connotation and characteristics of education as an educational concept, and its value and significance in the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities. Even through the full analysis and reference to the ancient Chinese educational thought, the Western respect for education and the outstanding achievements of the scholars at home and abroad to respect the educational concept of the new century, The third part: respect the theory and basic embodiment of the application of educational concept in Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities. In this part, the author expounds from two angles of theory and practice. This paper describes the theoretical basis and practical application of the concept of respect for education in Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities, so as to prove the feasibility and correctness of "respecting the subjectivity of human beings and promoting the all-round development of people". In theory, the theory is based on the theory of Marx's humanism and the needs of Maslow. The second theory is the psychological basis. From three aspects of respect for education law, respect for educator and respect for the educator, the concrete application of respect education concept in Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities is discussed. The fourth part: respect the practice and exploration of educational idea in Ideological and political education in Colleges and universities. The author thinks that the basic practice of Ideological and political education is in the author's opinion. There are three problems in the application of the concept of respect for education. That is, there is a deviation in the understanding of the concept of respect for education, the lack of an educational atmosphere of respect, and the lack of a certain systematic application of the respect for the application of educational ideas.
From the idea to the content setting, the article closely combines the characteristics of the development of the times, closely combines the practical experience of the reform of the ideological and political theory in Colleges and universities, and highly respects and pays attention to the subjectivity of the human being, and realizes the overall development of the human being as the main line. This article has made an attempt to respect the application of the concept of education in the ideological and political education of the University. In the hope of enriching the concept of education in the ideological and political education of colleges and universities, we hope to enrich the idea of respecting the concept of education in the field of Ideological and political education, and enhance the timeliness of Ideological and political education, and make the ideological and political education present a more new situation.
