【摘要】：隨著高等教育進(jìn)入大眾化時(shí)代,一批地方本科高校尤其是新建本科高校遇到了辦學(xué)定位趨同、辦學(xué)特色不明顯、服務(wù)社會(huì)能力不強(qiáng)、社會(huì)認(rèn)可度不高等問題。通過回顧安徽省應(yīng)用型本科高校建設(shè)的改革實(shí)踐,分析存在問題,從國(guó)家、教育行政部門和高校三個(gè)層面,提出建設(shè)應(yīng)用型本科高校的若干對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of higher education, a number of local colleges and universities, especially the newly established undergraduate universities, have encountered problems such as the convergence of the orientation of running a school, the lack of obvious characteristics of running a school, the weak ability to serve the society, and the low degree of social recognition. This paper reviews the reform practice of the construction of applied undergraduate universities in Anhui Province, analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of applied undergraduate universities from the three levels of the state, the educational administration department and the universities.
