【摘要】:高等學(xué)校分類是根據(jù)高等學(xué)校的共同點(diǎn)和差異點(diǎn),對(duì)高等教育群體劃分為不同的類別或?qū)哟危瑸榱瞬粩噙m應(yīng)社會(huì)對(duì)高等教育的需求變化,高等學(xué)校分類也需要隨之不斷完善。 我國(guó)高等教育的后發(fā)優(yōu)勢(shì)在短短的一個(gè)多世紀(jì)中顯示出勃勃生機(jī),伴隨高等教育體系的日臻完善和規(guī)模的日益擴(kuò)大,現(xiàn)已發(fā)展成為高等教育大國(guó),在經(jīng)歷幾次大規(guī)模院校調(diào)整和進(jìn)入大眾化高等教育階段以來(lái),高等學(xué)校類型不斷豐富,促成了高等學(xué)校多樣化和多層次化的特征?茖W(xué)分類成為明晰這種復(fù)雜層次結(jié)構(gòu)的最佳選擇和必要途徑。在計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)體制下,我國(guó)政府和教育部門曾經(jīng)根據(jù)特殊需要對(duì)高等學(xué)校做出過(guò)分類,直到上世紀(jì)末,研究者開始嘗試從不同維度創(chuàng)建高等學(xué)校分類,這些分類對(duì)我國(guó)高校分類的發(fā)展與完善都起到了積極的推動(dòng)作用。但也暴露出分類籠統(tǒng)、依據(jù)不一致、類型覆蓋不全、未能充分體現(xiàn)大學(xué)職能等一些局限性,歸根結(jié)底是不能真正體現(xiàn)高等學(xué)校的辦學(xué)水平與辦學(xué)實(shí)力,不能完全適應(yīng)我國(guó)高等學(xué)校呈現(xiàn)出的多樣化、復(fù)雜化特征。同樣,頗具影響的中國(guó)大學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)課題組分類也有待進(jìn)一步的完善和優(yōu)化。本文即以“基于高校分類優(yōu)化的教學(xué)服務(wù)型大學(xué)定位研究”為研究題目,以中國(guó)大學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)課題組分類為基礎(chǔ),以現(xiàn)代大學(xué)職能為切入點(diǎn),完善一種新的大學(xué)分類類型——教學(xué)服務(wù)型大學(xué)。教學(xué)服務(wù)型大學(xué)是以本科教學(xué)為主,,根據(jù)條件和需要適度進(jìn)行研究生教育;教學(xué)和科研以服務(wù)地方為宗旨,培養(yǎng)地方需要的應(yīng)用型人才,產(chǎn)出地方需要的應(yīng)用性成果;大力開展以滿足社會(huì)需要為目的的各種服務(wù)活動(dòng),形成為地方全方位服務(wù)的體系。
[Abstract]:The classification of higher education is divided into different categories or levels according to the common points and differences of colleges and universities. In order to adapt to the changing needs of higher education, the classification of colleges and universities also needs to be improved constantly. The advantage of latecomer of higher education in our country has shown great vitality in a short period of more than a century. With the improvement of higher education system and the increasing expansion of its scale, it has developed into a large country of higher education. After several large-scale adjustment of colleges and universities and entering the stage of popular higher education, the types of institutions of higher learning have been enriched, which has contributed to the diversification and multi-level characteristics of institutions of higher learning. Scientific classification is the best choice and necessary way to clarify this complex hierarchy. Under the planned economy system, the government and the education department used to classify the colleges and universities according to the special needs, until the end of the last century, the researchers began to try to establish the classification of colleges and universities from different dimensions. These classifications have played a positive role in promoting the development and improvement of the classification of colleges and universities in China. But it also exposes some limitations, such as general classification, inconsistent basis, incomplete coverage of types, failure to fully reflect the functions of universities, and so on. In the final analysis, it is unable to truly reflect the level and strength of running schools of colleges and universities. It can not fully adapt to the diversity and complexity of our colleges and universities. Similarly, the influential classification of the evaluation group of Chinese universities needs to be further improved and optimized. Based on the classification of Chinese universities and the functions of modern universities, this paper focuses on the research on the orientation of teaching service universities based on the classification and optimization of colleges and universities, on the basis of the classification of the evaluation group of Chinese universities, and on the functions of modern universities. Perfect a new type of university classification-teaching service university. The teaching service university is based on the undergraduate teaching, carries on the graduate student education according to the condition and the need moderately, the teaching and the scientific research takes the service place as the purpose, trains the local needs the application talented person, produces the local needs the application result; Develop all kinds of service activities to meet the needs of the society, and form a system of local service.
