【摘要】：本文力圖突破就教育論教育的研究定式,研究解決三大問題:(1)浙江省高校專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)通過何種模式與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生內(nèi)在邏輯關(guān)系?(2)基于該聯(lián)系,通過結(jié)構(gòu)偏離度這一統(tǒng)計方法分析高校專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)布局現(xiàn)狀——分析現(xiàn)狀(3)建構(gòu)信息互動傳導(dǎo)機制,通過該互動機制模型的運轉(zhuǎn),探求浙江省專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)相偏離的根源、運行模式及運行效果�！鉀Q問題。 從浙江省專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)兩個領(lǐng)域,研究兩者之間的互動模式,考察雙方互動的要素、模式、動力、制約因素,并通過細分職業(yè)(行業(yè))結(jié)構(gòu)將雙方相銜接互動。利用結(jié)構(gòu)偏離度這一分析工具來研究浙江省各細分職業(yè)(行業(yè))的勞動吸納能力。再者通過模型的建構(gòu)來分析專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)在現(xiàn)實互動中存在的問題。最后找出教育部/廳、高校、學(xué)院三者在互動中存在的問題并賦予其一定的制度安排,為三者之間的互動提出建設(shè)性的政策意見。
[Abstract]:This paper tries to break through the research formula of education on education theory and to study and solve three major problems: 1) what kind of mode does the professional structure of colleges and universities in Zhejiang Province adopt to have an inherent logical relationship with the industrial structure? (2) based on this connection, Based on the statistical method of the degree of structural deviation, this paper analyzes the present situation of the structure layout of colleges and universities. (3) to construct the interactive transmission mechanism of information, and through the operation of the interactive mechanism model, to explore the root causes of the deviation between the professional structure and the industrial structure in Zhejiang Province. Operation mode and effect.-solve the problem. From the two fields of professional structure and industrial structure of Zhejiang Province, this paper studies the interaction mode between them, examines the elements, modes, motive forces, and constraints of interaction between the two sides, and connects the two sides by subdividing the structure of profession (industry). The structural deviation degree is used to study the ability of labor absorption in different occupations (industries) in Zhejiang Province. Thirdly, the problems existing in the interaction between the professional structure and the industrial structure are analyzed through the construction of the model. Finally, this paper finds out the problems existing in the interaction among the Ministry of Education, the Department, the University and the College, and endows them with certain institutional arrangements, and puts forward constructive policy suggestions for the interaction between the three.
