【摘要】：隨著改革開(kāi)放的深層次化,經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的快速推進(jìn),我國(guó)對(duì)人才素質(zhì)的要求也越來(lái)越高。大學(xué)生是建設(shè)社會(huì)主義事業(yè)的未來(lái)中堅(jiān)力量,他們是祖國(guó)的未來(lái),民族的希望,他們的道德素質(zhì)直接關(guān)系到國(guó)家的前途命運(yùn),因此,新時(shí)期堅(jiān)持對(duì)大學(xué)生道德觀教育顯得十分必要。我國(guó)大學(xué)生道德觀的主流是好的,但也出現(xiàn)了很多與社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不和諧的音符,如價(jià)值認(rèn)同扭曲,社會(huì)公德缺失,生態(tài)倫理缺失,婚戀家庭觀淡薄,個(gè)人品德失范等,大學(xué)生道德觀問(wèn)題的產(chǎn)生,教育體系負(fù)有不可推卸的責(zé)任。當(dāng)前我國(guó)的的道德觀教育存在內(nèi)容知識(shí)化,方法比較單一,評(píng)價(jià)體系抽象化等問(wèn)題。 本文首先對(duì)道德觀教育的相關(guān)概念和道德觀教育過(guò)程的幾種模式論進(jìn)行了研究。通過(guò)論述道德觀的定義和道德觀的構(gòu)成及特點(diǎn),闡明了道德觀的內(nèi)容。道德觀教育過(guò)程的五種模式理論為后文選擇教育對(duì)策提供了理論依據(jù)。對(duì)概念有了一個(gè)整體的把握后,本文根據(jù)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料分析了大學(xué)生的道德觀教育的現(xiàn)狀。現(xiàn)狀分為兩個(gè)部分來(lái)闡述：一是大學(xué)生道德觀的現(xiàn)狀所存在的問(wèn)題,二是道德觀教育存在的問(wèn)題。這些問(wèn)題的產(chǎn)生原因是多方面的,本文概擴(kuò)了以下幾點(diǎn)：功利主義與實(shí)用主義的蔓延；市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的負(fù)面影響；互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息缺乏監(jiān)管；學(xué)校教育方法及內(nèi)容的滯后性；大學(xué)生個(gè)性因素的負(fù)面影響。道德觀教育存在的失誤則有：高校對(duì)道德觀教育的乏力、社會(huì)對(duì)道德觀教育的松懈和家庭對(duì)道德觀教育的忽視。分析問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的原因后,根據(jù)道德教育過(guò)程模式論,提出了解決問(wèn)題的有效對(duì)策和方法。對(duì)策分為學(xué)校教育、社會(huì)教育、家庭教育和自我教育四個(gè)方面。學(xué)校教育的對(duì)策包括：提高教師素質(zhì)；改進(jìn)授課內(nèi)容；重視心理咨詢的引導(dǎo)作用；注重法律意識(shí)的培養(yǎng)；創(chuàng)造社會(huì)實(shí)踐機(jī)制。社會(huì)教育對(duì)策包含：增加道德觀教育的投入；重視媒體輿論的監(jiān)管和指導(dǎo)；注重大學(xué)生角色意識(shí)的培養(yǎng)。家庭教育對(duì)策主要有這三點(diǎn)：加強(qiáng)對(duì)子女道德觀的意識(shí)的培養(yǎng)；父母注重自身模范作用;更新教育觀念。自我教育包括自我反省和慎獨(dú)。只有學(xué)校、社會(huì)、家庭個(gè)人這四種教育形成合力,才能共同促進(jìn)我國(guó)道德觀教育事業(yè)的進(jìn)步。這些對(duì)策及建議可以豐富大學(xué)生道德觀教育的理論,為創(chuàng)新道德觀教育方法提供一定的理論依據(jù)。 市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速發(fā)展的今天,大學(xué)生的道德觀發(fā)生了巨大的變化,研究大學(xué)生道德觀教育問(wèn)題有著重大的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。在必要性上,加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生道德觀教育有利于落實(shí)大學(xué)生德智體全面發(fā)展的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),豐富大學(xué)生道德觀教育理論,促進(jìn)高校思想道德教育改革。從研究意義來(lái)說(shuō),加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生道德觀教育有利于培養(yǎng)社會(huì)主義榮辱觀,有利于和諧社會(huì)的構(gòu)建,有利于國(guó)家軟實(shí)力的提升,有利于提高我國(guó)國(guó)際地位。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up and the rapid development of economy, the quality of talents in China is becoming more and more demanding. College students are the backbone of the future of building socialism. They are the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation. Their moral qualities are directly related to the future and destiny of the country. It is very necessary to insist on moral education of college students in the new period. The mainstream of moral values of college students in our country is good, but there are also many notes that are not harmonious with the development of social economy, such as the distortion of value identity, the lack of social public morality, the lack of ecological ethics, the weak view of marriage and family, the loss of personal morality, etc. The education system bears the unshirkable responsibility for the moral problems of college students. At present, moral education in our country has some problems, such as knowledge content, single method, abstract evaluation system and so on. This paper first studies the related concepts of moral education and several models of moral education process. By discussing the definition of morality and the constitution and characteristics of morality, this paper expounds the content of moral concept. The five models of moral education process provide theoretical basis for the later choice of educational countermeasures. After holding the concept as a whole, this paper analyzes the present situation of moral education of college students according to the relevant literature. The present situation is divided into two parts: one is the problems existing in the status quo of college students' morality, the other is the problems in moral education. The causes of these problems are various, and this paper expands the following points: the spread of utilitarianism and pragmatism; the negative impact of market economy; the lack of supervision of Internet information; the lagging of school education methods and contents; The negative influence of personality factors on college students. The mistakes in moral education include the weakness of moral education in colleges and universities, the relaxation of moral education in society and the neglect of moral education in families. After analyzing the causes of the problems, according to the theory of moral education process model, the effective countermeasures and methods to solve the problems are put forward. Countermeasures are divided into four aspects: school education, social education, family education and self-education. The countermeasures of school education include: improving teachers' quality; improving teaching contents; paying attention to the guiding role of psychological counseling; paying attention to the cultivation of legal consciousness; and creating social practice mechanism. The countermeasures of social education include: increasing the input of moral education, attaching importance to the supervision and guidance of media opinion, and paying attention to the cultivation of college students' role consciousness. There are three main countermeasures in family education: strengthening the cultivation of children's moral sense; parents paying attention to their own exemplary role; renewing their educational concept. Self-education includes self-reflection and self-care. Only when the four kinds of education, school, society and family, form a joint force, can we promote the progress of moral education in our country. These countermeasures and suggestions can enrich the theory of moral education of college students and provide some theoretical basis for innovating the methods of moral education. With the rapid development of market economy, great changes have taken place in the moral outlook of college students, so it is of great practical significance to study the moral education of college students. On the necessity, strengthening the moral education of college students is conducive to carrying out the cultivation goal of the all-round development of moral, intellectual and physical education of college students, enriching the theory of moral education of college students and promoting the reform of ideological and moral education in colleges and universities. From the point of view of research, strengthening the moral education of college students is conducive to the cultivation of socialist concept of honor and disgrace, the construction of a harmonious society, the promotion of national soft power and the improvement of our country's international status.
