【摘要】:我國(guó)特殊高等教育已有二十幾年的發(fā)展歷程,殘疾人大學(xué)畢業(yè)生的數(shù)量逐年增長(zhǎng),為我國(guó)的勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)不斷注入新的力量。近年來,受高校不斷擴(kuò)招和國(guó)際金融危機(jī)的影響,健聽大學(xué)生的就業(yè)壓力逐漸增大,聾人大學(xué)生的就業(yè)問題也日益凸顯。 面對(duì)新的形勢(shì)和挑戰(zhàn),,國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者將研究的焦點(diǎn)放在提升大學(xué)生“就業(yè)力”上,并認(rèn)為這是實(shí)現(xiàn)高等教育人才培養(yǎng)與社會(huì)人才需求對(duì)接的突破口,也是破解殘疾人大學(xué)生就業(yè)問題的關(guān)鍵;诖吮尘埃疚囊蕴嵘@人大學(xué)生就業(yè)力為出發(fā)點(diǎn),重點(diǎn)分析聾人大學(xué)生的就業(yè)力結(jié)構(gòu)和影響因素,并提出促進(jìn)聾人大學(xué)生就業(yè)的建議。 本研究基于USEM理論構(gòu)建聾人大學(xué)生就業(yè)力結(jié)構(gòu)模型,在SWOT理論的視角下分析聾人大學(xué)生就業(yè)力的影響因素,為聾人大學(xué)生就業(yè)力調(diào)查問卷的設(shè)計(jì)提供理論依據(jù)。以理論為基礎(chǔ),借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)已有研究,編制聾人大學(xué)生就業(yè)力調(diào)查初始問卷,經(jīng)過對(duì)初始問卷數(shù)據(jù)的項(xiàng)目分析與項(xiàng)目篩選形成正式的聾人大學(xué)生就業(yè)力調(diào)查問卷,對(duì)編制的聾人大學(xué)生就業(yè)力調(diào)查問卷進(jìn)行了效度和信度的檢驗(yàn)。通過聾人大學(xué)生就業(yè)力調(diào)查問卷,以天津、長(zhǎng)春兩所特殊高等院校的在校聾人大學(xué)生為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用SPSS17.0軟件對(duì)我國(guó)聾人大學(xué)生的就業(yè)力結(jié)構(gòu)及其影響因素進(jìn)行量化評(píng)估,運(yùn)用描述性分析、獨(dú)立樣本T檢驗(yàn)和單因素方差分析,對(duì)收集的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析整理,并得出如下結(jié)論:(1)組成聾人大學(xué)生就業(yè)力結(jié)構(gòu)的四個(gè)維度,按均值從高到低分別為自主能力、人際交往能力、專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)能力和適應(yīng)能力;(2)被調(diào)查的聾人大學(xué)生與健聽大學(xué)生相比,在就業(yè)力總體及各維度上都存在差異;(3)從影響聾人大學(xué)生就業(yè)力的個(gè)體因素來看,專業(yè)、實(shí)習(xí)或兼職經(jīng)歷、社團(tuán)活動(dòng)經(jīng)歷都對(duì)聾人大學(xué)生就業(yè)力產(chǎn)生較為顯著的影響。 針對(duì)以上研究結(jié)論,提出以下對(duì)策和建議:政府應(yīng)發(fā)揮主導(dǎo)作用,健全法律法規(guī),充分帶動(dòng)企業(yè)和各級(jí)殘聯(lián)的積極性,形成促進(jìn)聾人大學(xué)生就業(yè)的良好社會(huì)環(huán)境;高等院校通過構(gòu)建合理的培養(yǎng)模式,完善就業(yè)指導(dǎo)服務(wù),加強(qiáng)對(duì)聾人大學(xué)生就業(yè)力的培養(yǎng);聾人大學(xué)生要積極參與社會(huì)活動(dòng),努力提高自身能力,適應(yīng)日新月異的就業(yè)形勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:China's special higher education has been developing for more than 20 years, and the number of college graduates of disabled persons has been increasing year by year, which has continuously injected new strength into the labor market of our country. In recent years, under the influence of the increasing enrollment of colleges and universities and the international financial crisis, the employment pressure of the healthy listening students is gradually increasing, and the employment problem of deaf students is also increasingly prominent. In the face of the new situation and challenges, scholars at home and abroad focus their research on enhancing the "employability" of college students, and think that this is a breakthrough to realize the docking of talent training and social talent demand in higher education. It is also the key to solve the employment problem of disabled college students. Based on this background, this paper focuses on the analysis of the structure and influencing factors of the employability of deaf college students, and puts forward some suggestions to promote the employment of deaf college students. Based on the USEM theory, this study constructs a structural model of the employability of deaf college students, analyzes the influencing factors of the employability of deaf college students from the perspective of SWOT theory, and provides a theoretical basis for the design of the questionnaire on the employability of deaf college students. Based on the theory and drawing lessons from the existing domestic research, the initial questionnaire for the employability of deaf college students was compiled. Through the item analysis and project selection of the initial questionnaire data, a formal questionnaire on the employability of deaf college students was formed. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire were tested. Based on the questionnaire of the employability of deaf college students, this paper makes a quantitative evaluation of the employability structure and its influencing factors of deaf college students in Tianjin and Changchun by using SPSS17.0 software. By using descriptive analysis, independent sample T test and single factor variance analysis, the collected data are analyzed and sorted, and the following conclusions are drawn: 1) the four dimensions of the employability structure of deaf college students. According to the average values from high to low, they were independent ability, interpersonal communication ability, professional learning ability and adaptive ability respectively. From the point of view of the individual factors affecting the employability of deaf college students, major, practice or part-time experience, community activity experience all have a significant impact on the employability of deaf college students. In view of the above conclusions, the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: the government should play a leading role, perfect the laws and regulations, fully stimulate the enthusiasm of enterprises and disabled persons at all levels, and form a good social environment to promote the employment of deaf college students; Colleges and universities through the construction of a reasonable training model, improve employment guidance services, strengthen the training of the employment of deaf students; deaf students should actively participate in social activities, strive to improve their ability to adapt to the ever-changing employment situation.
