【摘要】:百年大計,教育為本;教育大計,教師為本;教師大計;師德為本。教師是人類靈魂的工程師,對于高校來說,教師是締造高校靈魂的基石。加強師德建設是時代賦予的使命,教師不僅要教書育人,更要用高尚的道德情操去影響和教育學生,把他們培養(yǎng)成德智體美勞全面發(fā)展的接班人。因此,加強師德建設直接影響著教育的成敗。尤其是在民辦高校,師德建設顯得至關重要。民辦高校的師德建設有益于教師自身綜合素質的提高,責任心的增強以及工作態(tài)度的端正,更有益于民辦高校綜合辦學實力的迅速提升,并進而推動整個中國高等教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展。 安徽省民辦高校的師德建設中出現(xiàn)的問題主要有:一、師資隊伍內部和諧不夠;二、師資隊伍創(chuàng)新動力不足;三、教師責任心弱,教學態(tài)度相對較差;四、教師的崗位忠誠度不高;五、師德考評機制缺失;六、對教師的師德培訓存在不足等等。 這些問題產(chǎn)生的原因有:一、辦學者自身的原因;二、管理體制不科學;三、管理方式不規(guī)范;四、監(jiān)管和扶持力度不夠;五、對師德建設缺乏有效的引導;六、工資待遇不高等等。 針對這些問題,可以采取以下具體對策:一、辦學者要轉變思想觀念,重視師德建設;二、堅持管理能育人,推進師德建設;三、堅持制度育人,提升師德水平;四、優(yōu)化師資結構,提高隊伍的和諧度與創(chuàng)新動力;五、構建健康學術氛圍,提升學術道德。
[Abstract]:A hundred-year plan, education-oriented; educational plan, teacher-oriented; teacher plan; teacher ethics-oriented. The teacher is the engineer of the human soul. For the university, the teacher is the cornerstone of creating the soul of the university. Strengthening the construction of teachers' morality is the mission entrusted by the times. Teachers should not only teach and educate people, but also influence and educate students with noble moral sentiments, and train them as successors of the all-round development of morality, intelligence, physical integrity, beauty and labor. Therefore, strengthening teachers' moral construction directly affects the success or failure of education. Especially in private colleges and universities, the construction of teachers' ethics is very important. The construction of teachers' ethics in private colleges and universities is beneficial to the improvement of teachers' comprehensive quality, the enhancement of their sense of responsibility and the correction of their working attitude, as well as the rapid improvement of the comprehensive strength of private colleges and universities. And then promote the development of higher education in China. The main problems in the construction of teachers' ethics in private colleges in Anhui Province are as follows: first, the internal harmony of teachers is not enough; second, the innovation power of teachers is insufficient; third, teachers' sense of responsibility is weak, and their teaching attitude is relatively poor; fourth, The teacher's post loyalty is not high; fifth, the teacher's moral evaluation mechanism is missing; sixth, the teacher's moral training is insufficient and so on. The reasons for these problems are as follows: first, the reasons of the scholars themselves; second, the unscientific management system; third, the non-standard management methods; fourth, insufficient supervision and support; fifthly, the lack of effective guidance to the construction of teachers' ethics; and sixth, The salary is not high and so on. In view of these problems, we can take the following specific countermeasures: first, scholars should change their ideas and pay attention to the construction of teachers' ethics; second, adhere to management to educate people and promote the construction of teachers' ethics; third, adhere to the system of educating people and improve the level of teachers' ethics; fourth, Optimize the structure of teachers, improve the harmony and innovation of the team; fifthly, build a healthy academic atmosphere and promote academic morality.
