【摘要】：作為中國大學發(fā)展中的保障性一環(huán)，現(xiàn)代大學制度的重要性毋庸置疑。在新時期，探索具有中國特色現(xiàn)代大學制度的要求下，對于現(xiàn)代大學制度在中國的發(fā)生、發(fā)展脈絡進行梳理是適切而必要的。 本研究嘗試從價值角度對中國大學制度的“現(xiàn)代性”做出界定，以“將中國特色現(xiàn)代大學制度看作現(xiàn)代大學制度中國化的結果”為基礎，將現(xiàn)代大學制度中國化研究界定為過程式研究。在定性研究范式的指導下運用了文獻資料法和經(jīng)驗研究法將現(xiàn)代大學制度中國化研究的起始點界定于改革開放后。 文章首先具體闡述了改革開放至今，現(xiàn)代大學制度在中國的發(fā)展脈絡，分別從元規(guī)則、內(nèi)部治理結構以及外部治理結構三個方面進行了梳理；其次，對運用經(jīng)驗研究法梳理的結果進行分析，闡述這種制度變遷的成因以及存在的困境；最后，針對現(xiàn)存的問題嘗試提出相應的解決對策。 本文試圖通過對現(xiàn)代大學制度中國化的研究為建立并完善具有中國特色的現(xiàn)代大學制度提供理論參考。通過本研究也可以發(fā)現(xiàn)，我國當前的大學制度建設依然困難重重，，建立完善具有中國特色的現(xiàn)代大學制度仍然任重而道遠。
[Abstract]:As a guarantee in the development of Chinese universities, the importance of modern university system is beyond doubt. In the new period, it is appropriate and necessary to explore the modern university system with Chinese characteristics and to sort out the development of the modern university system in China. This study attempts to define the "modernity" of the Chinese university system from the perspective of value, which is based on the view that the modern university system with Chinese characteristics is regarded as the result of the localization of the modern university system. The study of modern university system in China is defined as a process study. Under the guidance of qualitative research paradigm, this paper defines the starting point of modern university system Sinicization study after the reform and opening up by using the method of literature and empirical research. Firstly, this paper elaborates the development of modern university system in China from three aspects: meta-rules, internal governance structure and external governance structure. This paper analyzes the results of the empirical research, expounds the causes of this institutional change and the difficulties that exist. Finally, it tries to put forward the corresponding solutions to the existing problems. This paper attempts to provide a theoretical reference for the establishment and improvement of modern university system with Chinese characteristics through the study of modern university system in China. Through this study, we can also find that the current university system construction in China is still difficult, the establishment of modern university system with Chinese characteristics is still a heavy task and a long way to go.
