【摘要】：大學思想政治教育作為實現(xiàn)大學“育人”過程的重要組成部分,對培養(yǎng)德才兼?zhèn)涞娜姘l(fā)展的高素質(zhì)人才起到了舉足輕重的作用。它的主要任務(wù)在于培養(yǎng)學生除專業(yè)領(lǐng)域的知識與能力以外的政治觀念、思想意識、道德品質(zhì)以及健康心理等思想政治素質(zhì)。因此,世界各國為了在以人才為核心競爭力的國際博弈中取得獨特的人才資源優(yōu)勢,十分重視大學思想政治教育對學生進行的以政治素質(zhì)教育為核心的思想政治教育工作,積極探索大學思想政治教育的普遍規(guī)律,以求得在增強學生對國家主流意識形態(tài)的認同、學生綜合能力提高的同時,最大程度地實現(xiàn)大學思想政治教育的有效性。 中美兩國作為世界創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)的主要大國,其大學思想政治教育對于創(chuàng)新型高素質(zhì)人才綜合素質(zhì),特別是思想政治素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)起到了至關(guān)重要的作用。本文通過系統(tǒng)地比較分析中美大學思想政治教育在歷史發(fā)展軌跡、教育思想與培養(yǎng)目標、教育內(nèi)容與課程設(shè)置、實施途徑與教育方法等方面的異同,探究大學思想政治教育的普遍性與特殊性規(guī)律,從思想政治教育的本質(zhì)特征、內(nèi)在規(guī)律以及政治文化等多元化的視角對兩者的異同進行深層次的原因探究,有助于辨證地借鑒美國經(jīng)驗,為提高我國大學思想政治教育的有效性提供理性依據(jù)。 通過對中美大學思想政治教育的發(fā)展歷程進行的階段性劃分,厘清了中美大學思想政治教育在歷史發(fā)展路徑、演進規(guī)律等方面的整體狀況,認為兩國大學思想政治教育在實現(xiàn)政治功能與教育功能、遵循思想政治教育規(guī)律等方面呈現(xiàn)出相似性等特點,同時由于兩國不同的歷史文化、社會制度等原因,使兩國大學思想政治教育的發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)出價值傳統(tǒng)差異性等特征。 通過對中美大學思想政治教育的教育思想與培養(yǎng)目標的異同分析,指出教育思想與培養(yǎng)目標的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,并從人的政治社會化等方面分析了兩國培養(yǎng)目標具有政治性與全面性的內(nèi)在原因,以及從意識形態(tài)的根本差異等方面揭示了兩國培養(yǎng)目標價值取向的本質(zhì)差別。 通過對中美大學思想政治教育的教育內(nèi)容與課程設(shè)置的比較研究,認為由于人的全面發(fā)展的客觀要求決定了兩國教育內(nèi)容與課程設(shè)置在構(gòu)成要素與結(jié)構(gòu)等方面具有相似性特征,同時由于兩國在國家制度、教育體制等方面的不同導(dǎo)致兩國教育內(nèi)容與課程設(shè)置呈現(xiàn)出根本差異性特征 通過客觀分析與比較中美大學思想政治教育在實施途徑與教育方法等方面的異同,深刻揭示出人的思想品德形成規(guī)律與教育手段自身構(gòu)成的方法系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)勢決定了兩國在實施途徑與教育方法等方面呈現(xiàn)的多樣性與科技性特征,并從歷史文化、教育思想以及教育理念等方面總結(jié)出兩國的差異性特征。 本文在系統(tǒng)分析中美大學思想政治教育的異同規(guī)律及內(nèi)在原因的基礎(chǔ)上,客觀總結(jié)出兩國大學思想政治教育的成效與不足,在始終堅持中國社會主義政治制度和實現(xiàn)大學思想政治教育總體目標的前提下,辯證地分析、借鑒以及吸收美國大學思想政治教育的有益經(jīng)驗,并從以下方面提出最終為增強我國大學思想政治教育有效性的理性思考與啟示,如堅持我國大學思想政治教育意識形態(tài)的主導(dǎo)作用、加強大學思想政治教育與專業(yè)教育相結(jié)合、發(fā)揮大學人文社會科學教育的思想政治教育功能、利用現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)手段提高大學思想政治教育方法效果以及培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)中國特色社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的完美人格等。
[Abstract]:University Ideological and political education as an important part of the university education process, high-quality talent to cultivate all-round development of have both ability and political integrity plays a pivotal role. Its main task is to cultivate students' knowledge and ability in addition to outside professional in the field of political ideas, ideology, moral quality and psychological health of the ideological and political quality. Therefore, all countries in the world to get the advantage of talent resources unique in the international game in talent as the core competitiveness, attaches great importance to the ideological and political education of university students in political ideological and political education is the core of quality education, and actively explore the universal law of the ideological and political education of the University, in order to enhance students' national identity in the mainstream the ideology, improve students' comprehensive ability at the same time, to maximize the effectiveness of University Ideological and political education.
The United States as the world's major powers to cultivate innovative talents, the University Ideological and political education for the comprehensive quality of innovative talents, especially the ideological and political education plays a vital role. Through the systematic comparison and analysis of Chinese and American University Ideological and political education in the history of development, education and training objectives, set the content of education with the course, similarities and differences between the approaches and methods of education, explore the universality and particularity of University Ideological and political education, the essence of the ideological and political education, the similarities and differences between the internal rules and political culture from the perspective of diversification on both to explore the deep-seated reasons, help dialectically draw lessons from American experience, as provide a rational basis for improving the effectiveness of Ideological and political education in Universities in China.
Through the course of development of Ideological and political education in the United States with the stage division, to clarify the University Ideological and political education in the path of historical development, the overall situation of evolution of law, that the two countries University Ideological and political education in the implementation of the political function and educational function, follow the law of the ideological and political education and other aspects of similar characteristics. At the same time because of the different history and culture, social system and other reasons, the development of Ideological and political education between University shows the characteristics of traditional values.
Based on the ideological and political education of Sino US university education thought and the similarities and differences between the training objectives of analysis, pointed out that the internal relation education and training objectives, and from the political and social aspects of the analysis of the underlying causes of bilateral training target is political and comprehensive, and the fundamental differences in ideology and culture reveals the essence of the two countries the difference between target value orientation.
Through the comparative study of education contents and course of Ideological and political education in the United States set, because of the objective requirements of the comprehensive development of the decision has similar characteristics in the elements and structure of two sets of education contents and course, at the same time as the two countries in the national system, education system is different due to their educational content with the curriculum showing characteristics of fundamental differences
Through objective analysis and comparison of similarities and differences between Chinese and American Ideological and political education of University in the implementation of ways and methods of education, profoundly reveals the method system of people's ideological and moral formation rules and means of education constitutes the advantages of the two countries in the implementation of decision approaches and education methods and other aspects of diversity and characteristics of science and technology, and from history culture, education and education, summed up the differences between the two countries.
Based on the similarities and differences between the law system of Ideological and political education in the United States and the internal causes of the objective, summed up the ideological and political education of the college and the lack of effectiveness, in the premise of Chinese always adhere to the socialist political system and to achieve the overall goal of university ideological and political education, dialectical analysis, reference and absorb the useful experience of Ideological and political education in the United States the University, and eventually put forward from the following aspects to enhance the rational thinking and Enlightenment of the effectiveness of China's University Ideological and political education, such as adhering to the leading role of our university ideological and political education of ideology, strengthen the University Ideological and political education and professional education, College of Humanities and social science education play the function of Ideological and political education, the use of modern information technical measures to improve the effect of Ideological and political education of University and training to adapt to the socialist China now The perfect personality of the generation of construction.
