大學(xué)生“道德銀行”建構(gòu)論

【摘要】:如何進(jìn)行有效的思想道德教育一直是高校思想政治教育工作者不斷探索的問題。社區(qū)“道德銀行”是社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下如何加強(qiáng)公民道德教育的全新嘗試。借鑒社區(qū)“道德銀行”的做法,高校建立了大學(xué)生“道德銀行”,并在全國各地開始盛行。大學(xué)生“道德銀行”是在社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)條件與文化多元狀態(tài)下,我國高校大學(xué)生思想政治教育的一種新途徑、新方法。如何建構(gòu)大學(xué)生“道德銀行”?如何通過大學(xué)生“道德銀行”來實(shí)現(xiàn)大學(xué)生思想道德的升華,養(yǎng)成向善的道德習(xí)性?這正是本選題研究的重大意義與價(jià)值所在。 從思想政治教育學(xué)的視角審視,大學(xué)生“道德銀行”建設(shè)本質(zhì)上是對(duì)當(dāng)今大學(xué)生思想道德建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀的回應(yīng),是對(duì)良好首先品德行為的激勵(lì);是借助“銀行”這個(gè)功利化的外在手段來推進(jìn)大學(xué)生思想道德教育的載體,它的運(yùn)行過程就是道德素質(zhì)提升的過程。它具有時(shí)代性、實(shí)踐性、創(chuàng)新性、工具性和激勵(lì)性。 從“道德銀行”的發(fā)展歷程來看,“道德銀行”從社區(qū)開始萌芽和產(chǎn)生,經(jīng)由中小學(xué)而形成和發(fā)展,最后到以長沙理工大學(xué)城南學(xué)院為代表的大學(xué)生“道德銀行”得以完善和創(chuàng)新。社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型、時(shí)代發(fā)展和現(xiàn)實(shí)沖突是“道德銀行”產(chǎn)生的動(dòng)因和困境。 建構(gòu)大學(xué)生“道德銀行”的理論支撐的源泉是馬克思主義思想道德教育理論、現(xiàn)代思想政治教育原理與方法理論、優(yōu)秀文化傳統(tǒng)中的思想道德教化理論、西方社會(huì)公民道德教育理論。對(duì)這些理論進(jìn)行梳理、整合為構(gòu)建大學(xué)生“道德銀行”的理論體系打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的理論基礎(chǔ)。 道德提升與思想升華并重的方向性準(zhǔn)則、價(jià)值導(dǎo)向與實(shí)踐體驗(yàn)融合的主導(dǎo)性準(zhǔn)則、引導(dǎo)激勵(lì)與規(guī)范養(yǎng)成并舉的行為性準(zhǔn)則是建構(gòu)大學(xué)生“道德銀行”的主體原則;以厘清理論依據(jù)、確立基本原則為基礎(chǔ),以開發(fā)主體功能、注重價(jià)值拓展為目標(biāo),以搭建組織框架、揭示主要方法為關(guān)鍵、以完善運(yùn)行機(jī)制,實(shí)施績效評(píng)估為保障是建構(gòu)大學(xué)生“道德銀行”的基本思路;虛實(shí)結(jié)合、層級(jí)統(tǒng)籌的主體方式,網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)行、道德實(shí)踐的基本途徑,思想教育、道德評(píng)價(jià)的主要手段是建構(gòu)大學(xué)生“道德銀行”的主要方法。 大學(xué)生“道德銀行”的組織機(jī)構(gòu)有三個(gè)層次,學(xué)!暗赖裸y行”指導(dǎo)委員會(huì)是決策機(jī)關(guān),校級(jí)“道德銀行”是指揮機(jī)關(guān),院系基層“道德銀行”是執(zhí)行機(jī)構(gòu)!暗赖聝(chǔ)蓄”提升道德品味、“道德貸款”持續(xù)道德行為、“道德獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)”激發(fā)道德追求、“道德處罰”規(guī)范道德行為是大學(xué)生“道德銀行”的主體功能。 建立以“道德幣”為載體的運(yùn)行平臺(tái)、以“道德獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)”為核心的激勵(lì)機(jī)制、以“道德處罰”為核心的約束機(jī)制和以“道德利息”為核心回報(bào)機(jī)制是大學(xué)生“道德銀行”有效運(yùn)行的保障。通過明確績效校驗(yàn)的標(biāo)的、制定績效評(píng)估的指標(biāo)體系、規(guī)定績效評(píng)估的基本程序?qū)Υ髮W(xué)生“道德銀行”進(jìn)行績效評(píng)估。
[Abstract]:How to carry out ideological and moral education has been constantly exploring effective ideological and political education workers. The community of "moral bank" is a new attempt to strengthen the civic and moral education under the condition of socialist market economy. From the community of "moral bank" approach, high school students established a "moral bank", and became popular in the country college students "moral bank" is in the condition of socialist market economy and culture condition, a new method of new ways of Ideological and political education of college students in our country. How to construct college students "moral bank"? How to realize the ideological and moral of college students "moral bank" by the sublimation of moral goodness this habit? It is of great significance and value of this research.
Look from the perspective of the ideological and political education, the essence of college students "moral bank" construction of contemporary college students' Ideological and moral construction of the response, is the first good moral behavior motivation; is to promote college students' Ideological and moral education carrier with the aid of "external means bank" the utilitarian, it is the process of running process to enhance the quality of morality. It is innovative era, practical tools, and incentive.
From the development process of the "moral bank", "moral bank" began to sprout and produce from the community, schools and through the formation and development, and finally to the Changsha University of Science and Technology city academy as the representative of the college students "moral bank" to perfect and innovation. The transformation of the society, era of development and realistic conflict "and the plight of the reasons the moral bank".
The source of college students "moral construction theory support bank" is the Marx doctrine of Ideological and moral education theory, the theory of principle and method of modern ideological and political education, excellent traditional culture in the ideological and moral education theory, the theory of moral education of Western citizens. These sort of integration theory, to lay a solid theoretical foundation to construct theoretical system of college students "the moral bank".
Enhance the moral and the direction of ideological sublimation and standards leading standards, value orientation and practice experience in integration, guide mechanism and regulations behavior criterion is to develop and construct the main college students "moral bank" principle; to clarify the theoretical basis, establish the basic principles based on the development of the main function, pay attention to the value of development as the goal and in order to build the organizational framework, revealing the main method is the key to improve the operational mechanism, the implementation of performance evaluation for security is to construct the basic ideas of College Students' Moral Bank; combined with the actual situation, the overall level of the main mode of network operation, the basic way of moral practice of ideological education, the main means of moral evaluation is the main construction methods of college students "moral bank".
The organization of college students "moral bank" has three levels, the school of "moral bank" steering committee is the decision-making body of the "moral bank" is the command authority, Department of Grass-roots "moral bank" is the executing agency. "Moral savings" to enhance the moral taste, "moral" loans continued moral behavior, moral reward excitation the moral pursuit of "moral punishment" moral behavior is the main function of college students "moral bank".
