【摘要】：目前我國就業(yè)形勢比較嚴峻,而碩士研究生普遍對未來的職業(yè)感到茫然,尤其在職業(yè)決策領域,研究生普遍缺乏對自我和職場的認識,很難做出決定�；诖�,本研究試圖從職業(yè)決策自我效能和社會支持的視角為研究生的就業(yè)輔導工作提供一些幫助和指導。 本研究以武漢地區(qū)5所高校共計921名不同年級研究生為研究對象,運用職業(yè)決策自我效能量表、社會支持評定量表、職業(yè)決策困難量表對這些學生進行了測查,運用t檢驗和方差分析分析了研究生職業(yè)決策自我效能的特點,運用相關分析和回歸分析探討了碩士研究生職業(yè)決策自我效能、社會支持和職業(yè)決策困難的關系。 研究結論如下： (1)碩士研究生的職業(yè)決策自我效能在性別、年級、是否畢業(yè)生、婚姻狀況、是否獨生子女、有無兼職工作經歷以及有無明確工作意向上差異顯著。 (2)相關分析結果顯示,碩士研究生的職業(yè)決策自我效能與社會支持呈顯著正相關；總體上,碩士研究生的職業(yè)決策自我效能與職業(yè)決策困難呈顯著負相關,僅問題解決與決策動機不足呈顯著正相關；碩士研究生的社會支持與職業(yè)決策困難呈顯著負相關。 (3)回歸分析結果顯示,碩士研究生社會支持總分對職業(yè)決策自我效能總分具有顯著的正向預測作用；職業(yè)決策自我效能總分對職業(yè)決策困難總分有顯著負向預測作用；社會支持總分對職業(yè)決策困難總分具有顯著的負向預測作用。 (4)中介效應檢驗結果顯示,碩士研究生職業(yè)決策自我效能在社會支持和職業(yè)決策困難之間起部分中介作用。
[Abstract]:At present, the employment situation in our country is quite severe, and the graduate students generally feel at a loss about the future career, especially in the field of career decision-making, the postgraduates generally lack the understanding of themselves and the workplace, so it is very difficult to make a decision. This study attempts to provide some help and guidance for graduate employment guidance from the perspective of career decision-making self-efficacy and social support. In this study, 921 postgraduates of different grades in five universities in Wuhan were investigated by using the career decision Self-efficacy scale, the Social support rating scale and the career Decision-making difficulty scale. T test and variance analysis were used to analyze the characteristics of postgraduates' career decision-making self-efficacy, and the correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to explore the relationship among postgraduates' career decision-making self-efficacy, social support and career decision-making difficulties. The conclusions of the study are as follows:. (1) there were significant differences in self-efficacy in career decision-making among postgraduates in gender, grade, graduate, marital status, only child, part-time work experience and clear work intention. The results of correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between self-efficacy of career decision-making and social support, and overall, there was a significant negative correlation between self-efficacy of career decision-making and difficulties of career decision-making. Only problem solving is positively correlated with insufficient decision motivation, and social support of graduate students is negatively related to career decision making difficulties. The results of regression analysis showed that the total score of social support had a significant positive predictive effect on the total score of self-efficacy in career decision-making, and the total score of self-efficacy in career decision-making had a significant negative predictive effect on the total score of career decision-making difficulties. The total score of social support has a significant negative predictive effect on the total score of career decision-making difficulties. 4) the results of intermediary effect test show that the self-efficacy of postgraduates' career decision-making plays a part of intermediary role between social support and career decision making difficulties.
