【摘要】：隨著改革開放的深入和市場經濟的發(fā)展，我國的發(fā)展也進入了穩(wěn)定、健康、快速的階段，但是伴隨的社會問題卻與日俱增，存在的社會矛盾也走向愈演愈烈的道路。社會的轉型給社會生活的每一個地方帶來了巨大的變化，給社會成員的生活模式、行為方式帶來了深刻的影響并且引起人們的思維方式、理想信念、價值判斷、價值取向、道德觀念等發(fā)生變遷。 本文緊扣社會轉型這一歷史變革，立足于歷史與邏輯的統(tǒng)一，對當前中國社會轉型期大學生人格的現象及其成因進行深入的剖析，探討了轉型期我國大學生理想人格塑造的意義和內容，面臨的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)，并對當前大學生理想人格的塑造對策做出分析。 社會轉型期大學生人格出現依附性與主體性并存，封閉性與開放性并存、狹隘性與寬容性并存的現狀。大學生目前的人格發(fā)展現狀與轉型期這一重要的歷史特征是密切相關的，同時全球化經濟的發(fā)展、市場經濟的初步建立，教育的影響等也是導致當前大學生人格現狀的重要原因。 立足于當前大學生人格發(fā)展的現狀，我們必須牢牢抓住社會轉型這一偉大的歷史契機，塑造符合當前經濟政治發(fā)展的大學生理想人格顯得尤為重要和關鍵。筆者也力求在社會轉型期這一宏觀的背景下，，對當前大學生理想人格塑造提出有建設性意義的對策，這也是本文的核心價值點之一。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up and the development of market economy, China's development has entered a stable, healthy and rapid stage, but the accompanying social problems are increasing. The transformation of society brings great changes to every place of social life and gives the life mode of the members of the society. The behavior style has brought profound influence and caused people's way of thinking, ideal and belief, value judgment, value orientation, moral concept and so on. Based on the unity of history and logic, this paper makes a deep analysis of the phenomenon and causes of college students' personality in the period of social transformation in China. This paper probes into the significance and content, opportunities and challenges of shaping the ideal personality of college students in China during the transition period, and makes an analysis of the countermeasures for shaping the ideal personality of college students at present. The personality of college students in the period of social transformation coexists with dependence and subjectivity, and coexists with openness and closeness. The present situation of college students' personality development is closely related to the important historical characteristics of the transition period. At the same time, the development of global economy and the initial establishment of market economy are closely related to the present situation of parochialism and tolerance. The influence of education is also an important reason leading to the present status of college students' personality. Based on the current status quo of college students' personality development, we must firmly grasp the great historical opportunity of social transformation. It is particularly important and key to mold the ideal personality of college students in line with the current economic and political development. It is also one of the core values of this paper to put forward constructive countermeasures to the shaping of college students' ideal personality.
