基于微格教學(xué)實(shí)踐共同體的生物師范生教學(xué)技能訓(xùn)練研究

【摘要】:近幾年,中國教育改革的視角不斷地投向了教師專業(yè)發(fā)展以及教師教育領(lǐng)域。教師教育大學(xué)化、師范院校綜合化、教師發(fā)展專業(yè)化是當(dāng)代教師教育改革的基本特征。社會(huì)的發(fā)展和新課程改革的深入,對(duì)教師提出了更高的要求。我國的中小學(xué)教師從來沒有像今天這樣有這么多的培訓(xùn)。但職前教師教育也就是師范生的培養(yǎng)卻一直沒有得到很好改善和重視。尤其是進(jìn)行擴(kuò)招之后,師范生教學(xué)技能培訓(xùn)壓力逐漸增大。凸顯師范院!皫煼丁碧厣,建設(shè)高素質(zhì)專業(yè)化教師隊(duì)伍,是新時(shí)期教育事業(yè)科學(xué)發(fā)展的重要任務(wù)和緊迫要求。 計(jì)算機(jī)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、多媒體、超媒體等現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)的出現(xiàn),帶來的不僅是技術(shù)的創(chuàng)新,人們還試圖通過技術(shù)的支撐在實(shí)踐層面上創(chuàng)造適合于知識(shí)時(shí)代的新的學(xué)習(xí)方式以及相應(yīng)的全新的教育、教學(xué)、培訓(xùn)形式的努力。 本文在調(diào)查并分析生物科學(xué)師范生教學(xué)技能學(xué)習(xí)的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題、原因的基礎(chǔ)上,從提高生物師范生的微格教學(xué)課程的有效性入手,從構(gòu)建微格教學(xué)實(shí)踐共同體的角度來完善生物師范生大學(xué)期間的教學(xué)技能訓(xùn)練方案。構(gòu)建微格教學(xué)實(shí)踐共同體目的在于解決師范院校微格教學(xué)課時(shí)少,師資缺等實(shí)際問題,把本專業(yè)師范生發(fā)展為一個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)共同體,并通過生物教學(xué)論和微格教學(xué)課程的實(shí)施,在教師、師范生和其他助學(xué)者之間建構(gòu)實(shí)踐共同體。師范生通過“微格教學(xué)實(shí)踐共同體”的學(xué)習(xí)組織形式,鍛煉教學(xué)技能,熟悉中學(xué)生物教材,促進(jìn)學(xué)習(xí)交流,將教學(xué)技能訓(xùn)練常態(tài)化。最終達(dá)到提升一般院校生物師范生教學(xué)技能水平,增加他們?cè)诮處熣衅缚荚囍械母?jìng)爭(zhēng)力的目的。同時(shí)對(duì)微格教學(xué)實(shí)踐共同體的“泛在學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境”構(gòu)建和共同體成員之間的互動(dòng)平臺(tái)方面提出了確切可行的措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the perspective of China's education reform has been directed to teacher professional development and teacher education. The basic characteristics of contemporary teacher education reform are unifying teachers' education, synthesizing normal colleges and developing teachers' specialization. With the development of the society and the deepening of the new curriculum reform, teachers are required higher. Our primary and middle school teachers have never had so much training as today. However, the pre-service teacher education, that is, the training of normal students, has not been well improved and paid attention to. Especially after the expansion of enrollment, the pressure of teaching skills training for normal students is gradually increasing. It is an important task and urgent requirement for the scientific development of education in the new period to highlight the characteristics of normal colleges and universities and to build a contingent of highly qualified and specialized teachers. The emergence of modern information technologies, such as computers, the Internet, multimedia and hypermedia, has brought not only technological innovations, Through the support of technology, people also try to create new learning methods suitable for the knowledge age and the corresponding new forms of education, teaching and training on the practical level. On the basis of investigating and analyzing the present situation, existing problems and reasons of teaching skills of normal students of biology science, this paper begins with the improvement of the effectiveness of microteaching courses for students of biological normal schools. From the point of view of constructing microteaching practice community, the teaching skill training scheme of biology normal college students should be perfected. The purpose of constructing the community of microteaching practice is to solve the practical problems such as less teaching time and shortage of teachers in normal colleges and universities, and to develop the normal students of their major into a learning community, and through the implementation of biology teaching theory and microteaching curriculum. Construct a community of practice between teachers, normal students and other students. Through the study organization form of "Microteaching practice Community", normal students can exercise their teaching skills, familiarize themselves with biology teaching materials in middle schools, promote learning and communication, and normalize their teaching skills training. Finally, the aim is to improve the teaching skills of normal college biology students and increase their competitiveness in the teacher recruitment examination. At the same time, the author puts forward some feasible measures on the construction of "universal learning environment" in the community of microteaching practice and the interactive platform among the members of the community.
