【摘要】：對全國9所重點高校進行了問卷調(diào)研,從專業(yè)學位應屆碩士畢業(yè)生的視角審視全日制專業(yè)學位研究生教育的滿意度問題。調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)表明,學生對全日制專業(yè)學位研究生教育總體滿意度評價較高,總體滿意度評價與學習過程、培養(yǎng)目標達成各維度均呈正顯著相關,其中與學生對課程教學、專業(yè)實踐、導師指導維度滿意度較強相關,與學生對校外人員參與度、能力提升、職業(yè)發(fā)展感知滿意度維度中的滿足社會需求程度和專業(yè)認可度中性相關,與職業(yè)發(fā)展感知維度中的就業(yè)相關性弱性相關。在此基礎上,提出了要進一步優(yōu)化全日制專業(yè)學位的課程體系設置,積極為全日制專業(yè)學位研究生的專業(yè)實踐營造良好的政策環(huán)境和支撐條件,關注和加強校內(nèi)外導師的作用激發(fā)和激勵,加強校外組織機構和人員的主動參與度等建議。
[Abstract]:A questionnaire survey was conducted in 9 key universities in China to examine the satisfaction of full-time professional degree graduate education from the perspective of the new master's degree graduates. The survey data show that, The students' overall satisfaction with full-time professional degree graduate education is higher, and the overall satisfaction evaluation is positively correlated with the process of learning and the achievement of training goals, among which it is positively related to the students' teaching and professional practice. The degree of satisfaction of tutors' guidance dimension is strongly related to the degree of students' participation in the outside school, ability improvement, satisfaction of professional development perceived satisfaction dimension of the degree of satisfaction to meet social needs and the degree of professional recognition neutral correlation. On the basis of this, it is proposed that the curriculum system of full-time professional degree should be further optimized. We should actively create a good policy environment and supporting conditions for the professional practice of full-time professional degree graduate students, pay close attention to and strengthen the role of tutors in and out of school, stimulate and encourage, and strengthen the active participation of organizations and personnel outside the school, and so on.
