【摘要】：志愿精神來(lái)源于人類悠久的慈善思想，隨著人類社會(huì)現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程的不斷推進(jìn)，志愿精神逐漸成為一種現(xiàn)代文明下的公共服務(wù)意識(shí)，成為現(xiàn)代公民意識(shí)的一種重要體現(xiàn)，也受到越來(lái)越多的重視而在全球范圍內(nèi)迅速發(fā)展起來(lái)。我國(guó)大學(xué)生是中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義偉大事業(yè)建設(shè)的未來(lái)接班人，是中國(guó)志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)的中堅(jiān)力量，但他們對(duì)志愿精神的理解和認(rèn)識(shí)還處在較低的層次，加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生志愿精神培養(yǎng)就顯得十分必要。 本文第一章介紹了文章的研究背景、選題的目的和意義、主要研究思路和方法以及創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)等問(wèn)題；第二章對(duì)我國(guó)學(xué)術(shù)界關(guān)于志愿精神、志愿者、志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)等相關(guān)概念的定義進(jìn)行了歸納，探討了什么是適合中國(guó)實(shí)際國(guó)情的志愿精神，即要與我國(guó)社會(huì)主義性質(zhì)和傳統(tǒng)文化相結(jié)合，，并介紹了志愿精神的思想淵源和相關(guān)理論，為進(jìn)一步認(rèn)識(shí)志愿精神做好鋪墊，此外還闡述了大學(xué)生志愿精神培養(yǎng)的重要意義；第三章對(duì)我國(guó)大學(xué)生志愿精神培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析，總結(jié)了這一工作已經(jīng)取得的成就，并從高校教育和管理、政府和社會(huì)以及大學(xué)生自身等方面分析了現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題；第四章論述了大學(xué)生志愿精神培養(yǎng)工作應(yīng)重視的三項(xiàng)原則，并針對(duì)現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題提出了一些完善和改進(jìn)對(duì)策，主要包括加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生志愿精神的課堂教育、增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)的管理、搭建政府和社會(huì)的支持平臺(tái)以及大學(xué)生自我教育、自我完善等。
[Abstract]:The spirit of volunteerism comes from a long history of human philanthropy. With the continuous advancement of the modernization of human society, volunteerism has gradually become a kind of public service consciousness under the modern civilization. To become an important embodiment of modern civic consciousness, but also by more and more attention and rapid development in the global scope. Chinese college students are the future successors of the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is the backbone of voluntary service in China, but their understanding and understanding of volunteerism is still at a lower level, so it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of college students' volunteerism. The first chapter introduces the research background, the purpose and significance of the topic, the main research ideas and methods, as well as innovative points. The second chapter summarizes the definitions of the concepts of volunteerism, volunteerism and volunteer service in Chinese academic circles, and discusses what is suitable for China's actual national conditions of volunteerism. That is to say, it should be combined with the nature of socialism and traditional culture of our country, and introduce the ideological origin and related theories of volunteerism, so as to pave the way for further understanding of the spirit of volunteerism. In addition, it also expounds the important significance of the cultivation of college students' voluntary spirit; The third chapter analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of college students' voluntary spirit, summarizes the achievements of this work, and from the university education and management. The government, society and college students themselves analyze the existing problems; Chapter 4th discusses three principles that should be paid attention to in the cultivation of college students' volunteerism, and puts forward some perfect and improving countermeasures against the existing problems, mainly including strengthening the classroom education of college students' volunteerism. Strengthen the management of college students' voluntary service activities, set up the support platform of government and society, and self-education and self-perfection of college students.
