【摘要】：本刊2006年第7期發(fā)表陳大偉老師的文章,探討教師應(yīng)該如何從"聽課評課"到"觀課議課"。該文引起讀者的很大反響。然而,怎樣才能真正落實(shí)"觀課議課",而不是僅僅成為一種形式,一些教師開始自覺或不自覺地思考如何提高觀課議課的質(zhì)量和效益。希望實(shí)踐中的教師通過這篇文章可以學(xué)到一些有效的方法和策略,以便更好地提高自己的教學(xué)水平,實(shí)現(xiàn)專業(yè)成長。
[Abstract]:In 2006, the seventh issue of our magazine published an article by teacher Chen Dawei, discussing how teachers should go from "listening and evaluating lessons" to "observing and discussing lessons". The article elicited a great response from the readers. However, how to really implement the "class observation and discussion" is not just a form. Some teachers begin to think consciously or unconsciously about how to improve the quality and efficiency of the class observation. It is hoped that the teachers in practice can learn some effective methods and strategies through this article in order to improve their teaching level and realize their professional growth.
