個人知識管理理論與具體實施研究
[Abstract]:The rapid development of information technology, network technology and computer communication technology brings mankind into the information age. Information explosion has become an indisputable fact. Knowledge has become the core resource and one of the most important factors of production in the information age. In order to meet the demands and challenges of social development and personal competitiveness, (Personal Knowledge Management (personal knowledge Management) is becoming a necessary skill for individuals. As an important way to cultivate personal information literacy and knowledge innovation ability, its emergence is bound to have a broad and far-reaching impact on network education and educational technology. It has become a new element and an important research topic in educational technology. Although the personal knowledge management has been paid attention to at home and abroad, it mainly stays on the general or appeal introduction, and lacks the systematic and deep analysis in theory and practice. Under this background, this paper discusses and studies the personal knowledge management from the theoretical level. Firstly, this paper analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad, and clarifies the deficiency of the current research on personal knowledge management. In order to consolidate the theoretical foundation of the thesis, the thesis combs the connotation and classification of knowledge, and then analyzes the necessity of personal knowledge management. Then, focusing on personal knowledge management, this paper analyzes its connotation, characteristics, skill requirements, and expounds the intricate relationship between it and organizational knowledge management objectively and meticulously from three aspects: connection, distinction and contradiction. The implementation process of personal knowledge management is studied from demand analysis, platform selection, system establishment and so on. Finally, taking PDL and Blog as examples, this paper discusses some practical aspects.
