東鄉(xiāng)族女教師生涯發(fā)展研究

【摘要】: 東鄉(xiāng)族是甘肅省特有的三個(gè)少數(shù)民族之一,千百年來(lái)在不斷的文化融合中東鄉(xiāng)族人十分智慧地平衡了社會(huì)的開(kāi)放進(jìn)步與追尋民族認(rèn)同之間的沖突,為東鄉(xiāng)族社會(huì)帶來(lái)了既有鮮明的民族特點(diǎn)又積極進(jìn)取的群體個(gè)性。在今天面對(duì)全球化沖擊的背景下,東鄉(xiāng)族女教師作為關(guān)切東鄉(xiāng)族社會(huì)現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程的知識(shí)分子,作為民族教育的核心力量,對(duì)她們的生存與發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行研究,將有著超越教育層面的特殊意義。本文從教育人類(lèi)學(xué)的視角出發(fā),以東鄉(xiāng)族女教師為個(gè)案,運(yùn)用田野調(diào)查的方法對(duì)東鄉(xiāng)族女教師的生涯發(fā)展歷程作全貌式的剖析,探討了東鄉(xiāng)族社會(huì)“原生”的一些文化傳統(tǒng)以及在現(xiàn)代化沖擊之下和主流社會(huì)的影響下發(fā)生了的和正在發(fā)生的社會(huì)文化變遷及其對(duì)女教師生涯發(fā)展的影響,進(jìn)而建構(gòu)其生涯發(fā)展的內(nèi)在架構(gòu),揭示伴隨其生涯發(fā)展的社會(huì)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化的變遷過(guò)程。 本文在深入考察文化習(xí)俗的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)5位女教師的生涯歷程作回顧性的探討,期望由此了解不同年齡、不同教齡、不同受教育程度、不同職務(wù)以及不同學(xué)校類(lèi)型東鄉(xiāng)族女教師生涯發(fā)展的異與同。在求學(xué)經(jīng)歷中,多數(shù)女教師受到自然條件、落后的生產(chǎn)方式和特殊的文化背景等因素的影響;性別差別待遇窄化了女教師的生涯發(fā)展;父母親、女教師、同學(xué)、村支書(shū)等都是她們生涯發(fā)展中不可或缺的助力;橐黾彝ナ巧陌l(fā)展的重要方面,大社會(huì)的變動(dòng)必然會(huì)引起家庭各個(gè)方面的變動(dòng),在社會(huì)變遷的過(guò)程中,神圣的教法、社會(huì)傳統(tǒng)習(xí)俗和現(xiàn)代觀念相互交融,決定著東鄉(xiāng)族女教師婚姻家庭價(jià)值觀念的轉(zhuǎn)變,在這樣的文化氛圍中,女教師的生涯發(fā)展所出現(xiàn)的沖突與掙扎是必然的,這體現(xiàn)了女教師文化自覺(jué)后所產(chǎn)生的傳統(tǒng)觀念和現(xiàn)代觀念的沖突,它既是文化培育的結(jié)果也是文化沖突的結(jié)果。教師專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展是循序漸進(jìn)、持續(xù)不斷的歷程,縱貫教師的個(gè)人成長(zhǎng)史。女教師的專(zhuān)業(yè)發(fā)展離不開(kāi)教師的自我努力,關(guān)鍵事件的引領(lǐng)和重要他人的支持。 文化變遷、社會(huì)變革已成為任何國(guó)家、民族和個(gè)人都無(wú)法回避,無(wú)法阻止的歷史潮流,而這一切的發(fā)生,又必然會(huì)不斷地打破東鄉(xiāng)族女教師與原有傳統(tǒng)文化之間的“平衡"狀態(tài),使其面臨越來(lái)越頻繁和強(qiáng)烈的文化沖擊和文化適應(yīng)問(wèn)題。從表面上看,現(xiàn)代文化與傳統(tǒng)文化的傳承有著互相沖突的價(jià)值取向,但從東鄉(xiāng)族女教師的一般生活和特殊生涯的發(fā)展實(shí)踐中我們可以看出,文化變遷并不局限于不同文化之間的整合,同時(shí)還能激發(fā)文化個(gè)體的文化自覺(jué),從而有意識(shí)地對(duì)自身的傳統(tǒng)文化進(jìn)行傳承和更新。因此,在現(xiàn)有的生活中,在面對(duì)種種沖突、種種不利的條件下,在傳統(tǒng)文化的基礎(chǔ)之上,依然能在有限的時(shí)間與空間之中不斷尋求發(fā)展的契機(jī),不斷使自己在沖突中冷靜前行。這也許即是東鄉(xiāng)族女教師生涯發(fā)展的真實(shí)寫(xiě)照。
[Abstract]:Dongxiang is one of the three ethnic minorities unique to Gansu Province. In the process of continuous cultural integration, the Dongxiang people have intelligently balanced the conflict between the opening and progress of society and the pursuit of national identity. Dongxiang society has brought both distinctive national characteristics and aggressive group personality. Faced with the impact of globalization today, Dongxiang female teachers, as intellectuals concerned about the modernization of Dongxiang society and the core force of ethnic education, have studied their survival and development status. Will have a special significance beyond the educational level. From the perspective of educational anthropology, this paper, taking Dongxiang female teachers as a case, makes a comprehensive analysis of the career development of Dongxiang female teachers by using the method of field investigation. This paper probes into some cultural traditions of the "original" Dongxiang society, the social and cultural changes that have taken place and are taking place under the impact of modernization and the mainstream society, and their impact on the career development of female teachers, Then it constructs the internal framework of its career development and reveals the social, political, economic and cultural changes that accompany its career development. Based on the in-depth investigation of cultural practices, this paper makes a retrospective study of the career history of five female teachers, hoping to understand the different ages, different teaching years and different educational levels. The differences and similarities in the career development of Dongxiang women teachers in different positions and different school types. In their schooling experience, most female teachers are influenced by natural conditions, backward modes of production and special cultural backgrounds; gender differences narrow the career development of female teachers; parents, female teachers, classmates, etc. Village officials and so on are the indispensable help in their career development. Marriage and family is an important aspect of career development. Changes in the big society will inevitably cause changes in all aspects of the family. In the process of social change, sacred teachings, social traditions and customs and modern concepts are intermingled with each other. It determines the change of the values of marriage and family of Dongxiang female teachers. In such a cultural atmosphere, the conflicts and struggles in the career development of women teachers are inevitable. This reflects the conflict between the traditional and modern concepts of female teachers' cultural consciousness, which is not only the result of cultural cultivation but also the result of cultural conflict. Teacher professional development is a gradual and continuous process, running through the teacher's personal growth history. The professional development of female teachers can not be separated from teachers' self-effort, leading of key events and support of important others. Cultural change, social change has become a historical trend that any country, nation and individual can't avoid and can't stop, and all this has happened. It will inevitably break the "balance" between Dongxiang female teachers and their traditional culture, and make them face more and more frequent and intense cultural shock and cultural adaptation problems. On the surface, the inheritance of modern culture and traditional culture has conflicting value orientation, but we can see from the general life and special career development practice of Dongxiang female teachers. Cultural change is not limited to the integration of different cultures, but also can stimulate the cultural consciousness of cultural individuals, thus consciously inheriting and updating their own traditional culture. Therefore, in the present life, in the face of all kinds of conflicts, various unfavorable conditions, on the basis of traditional culture, can still in the limited time and space to constantly seek opportunities for development, constantly make themselves in the conflict to move forward calmly. This may be a true portrayal of the career development of Dongxiang women teachers.
