【摘要】：提升校長專業(yè)水準以提高學校效能,業(yè)已成為國際基礎(chǔ)教育發(fā)展的一個重要趨勢。20世紀90年代,美國、英國、新西蘭先后制定了校長專業(yè)標準。通過對這三國校長專業(yè)標準的研究,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)校長專業(yè)標準會影響校長的日常管理行為,這既有重要的理論研究意義,也為研究我國的校長專業(yè)標準提供了寶貴的實踐經(jīng)驗。
[Abstract]:Raising the professional standards of principals to improve school effectiveness has become an important trend in the development of international basic education. In 90s, the United States, the United Kingdom, New Zealand has successively formulated professional standards for principals. Through the study of the professional standards of principals in these three countries, it can be found that the professional standards of principals affect principals' daily management behavior, which has important theoretical significance. It also provides valuable practical experience for the study of professional standards of principals in China.
