【摘要】：建構(gòu)和諧校園需要以倫理學(xué)的視角審視學(xué)校本身的正當(dāng)性和校園關(guān)系的道德性,尋求和諧校園的倫理精神和倫理特質(zhì)。和諧校園的價值追求應(yīng)以倫理的視角建設(shè)校園,提升學(xué)校的倫理品性以及師生之間、教師之間、學(xué)生之間關(guān)系的人文性;以共享價值觀為核心,形成奮發(fā)向上的精神力量和團結(jié)和睦的精神紐帶;以關(guān)懷為切入點,營造師生的精神家園。和諧校園的倫理特質(zhì)應(yīng)該從公正、團結(jié)和尊重三個方面來把握,公正和團結(jié)反映了學(xué)校作為教育共同體的文化特質(zhì),尊重則反映了和諧校園人際關(guān)系的文化特質(zhì)。理想的和諧校園應(yīng)該是充滿個人活力和創(chuàng)新能力的、尊重個人自由和價值的空間。
[Abstract]:To construct a harmonious campus, we need to examine the legitimacy of the school itself and the morality of the campus relationship from the perspective of ethics. The value pursuit of harmonious campus should build the campus from the perspective of ethics, promote the ethical character of the school and the humanism of the relationship between teachers and students, teachers and students; To share values as the core, to form the spiritual strength and unity and harmony of the spiritual link; The ethical characteristics of harmonious campus should be grasped from three aspects of justice, unity and respect. Justice and unity reflect the cultural characteristics of the school as an educational community. The ideal harmonious campus should be a space full of individual vigor and creativity, respecting individual freedom and value.
