【摘要】：近年來(lái),大學(xué)畢業(yè)生供給的大幅度增加和畢業(yè)生在擇業(yè)、就業(yè)心理上的偏差,成為大學(xué)生“就業(yè)難”的一個(gè)不可忽視的重要原因。因此,大學(xué)生面臨求職挑戰(zhàn),應(yīng)該有一個(gè)理性的認(rèn)識(shí),作好就業(yè)應(yīng)有的心理準(zhǔn)備。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the large increase in the supply of college graduates and the deviation of graduates' psychology in choosing jobs and obtaining employment has become an important reason why college students are "difficult to obtain employment". Therefore, college students are faced with the challenge of seeking jobs. There should be a rational understanding of the psychological preparation for employment.
