【摘要】：非政府公共部門是社會(huì)公共部門的一個(gè)重要的組成部分 ,包括各種公益性、互益性活動(dòng)的非營利民間組織 ,國外通常叫NGO或者NPO。本文首先論述NGO對(duì)中國社會(huì)的重大影響 ,之后指出了NGO自身存在的不足和缺陷。在此基礎(chǔ)上 ,提出了應(yīng)重視并加強(qiáng)NGO的教育培訓(xùn) ,以改善NGO自身的能力建設(shè)。在文章的最后一部分 ,探討了NGO教育培訓(xùn)的兩種方式及其各自特點(diǎn)和不足。
[Abstract]:The non-governmental public sector is an important part of the social public sector, including all kinds of public welfare, mutual benefit activities of non-profit non-governmental organizations, foreign countries are usually called NGO or NPO. This paper first discusses the great influence of NGO on Chinese society, then points out the shortcomings and defects of NGO itself. On the basis of this, we should pay attention to and strengthen the education and training of NGO in order to improve the ability of NGO itself. In the last part of the article, the author discusses the two ways of NGO education and training and their respective characteristics and shortcomings.
