【摘要】：教研活動(dòng)是電大開(kāi)放遠(yuǎn)程教育系統(tǒng)辦學(xué)重要的教學(xué)管理環(huán)節(jié),電大網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的辦學(xué)系統(tǒng)所具有的分點(diǎn)施教、分散學(xué)習(xí)和統(tǒng)一考試的特點(diǎn),以及傳統(tǒng)電大正在向現(xiàn)代開(kāi)放遠(yuǎn)程教育轉(zhuǎn)型的特殊階段,決定了電大教研活動(dòng)的任務(wù)和形式全然不同于普通高校的教研活動(dòng)。本文以上海電視大學(xué)為例,分析了教研活動(dòng)在正規(guī)化和成熟化的同時(shí)所存在的問(wèn)題和危機(jī),并在近年來(lái)開(kāi)展深度教研活動(dòng)的基礎(chǔ)上,從教研活動(dòng)的方式、方法和內(nèi)容三個(gè)方面,探討了教研活動(dòng)的變革和創(chuàng)新策略。如何拓展教研活動(dòng)的深度和廣度,使之可持續(xù)發(fā)展,這是一項(xiàng)系統(tǒng)工程,而了解教師需求是提高教研活動(dòng)有效性的基礎(chǔ)和前提,健全考核制度是保證教研活動(dòng)質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵,完善激勵(lì)機(jī)制是深化教研活動(dòng)的持續(xù)動(dòng)力。
[Abstract]:Teaching and research activities are an important part of teaching management in the open distance education system of RTVU. The network running system of RTVU has the characteristics of teaching, decentralized learning and unified examination. And the special stage of the transition from traditional RTVU to modern open distance education determines that the task and form of RTVU's teaching and research activities are completely different from those of ordinary colleges and universities. Taking Shanghai TV University as an example, this paper analyzes the problems and crises existing in the formalization and maturation of the teaching and research activities, and on the basis of the in-depth teaching and research activities carried out in recent years, from three aspects of the ways, methods and contents of the teaching and research activities. This paper probes into the reform and innovation strategy of teaching and research activities. How to expand the depth and breadth of teaching and research activities and make them develop sustainably is a systematic project, and understanding teachers' needs is the foundation and premise of improving the effectiveness of teaching and research activities, and the key to ensure the quality of teaching and research activities is to improve the examination system. Perfecting the incentive mechanism is the continuous motive force to deepen the teaching and research activities.
