青少年內(nèi)化性問(wèn)題及外化性問(wèn)題危險(xiǎn)因素的追蹤研究

【摘要】: 目的:(1)建立癥狀篩查量表——長(zhǎng)處和困難量表自評(píng)問(wèn)卷的中文版,并分析其信效度;(2)研究非自主反應(yīng)、冗思、自我批評(píng)和依賴、自我知覺(jué)以及社會(huì)支持等危險(xiǎn)因素與應(yīng)激協(xié)同作用對(duì)等內(nèi)化性及外化性問(wèn)題的影響。 方法:(1)中文版長(zhǎng)處和困難量表自評(píng)問(wèn)卷的信效度研究由湖南省長(zhǎng)沙市某五所學(xué)校共1,135名青少年參與完成。8周后,157名高二學(xué)生參加了重測(cè)。信度檢驗(yàn)采用Cronbach'sα系數(shù)、條目與分量表分相關(guān)和重測(cè)信度。效度檢驗(yàn)包括結(jié)構(gòu)效度(驗(yàn)證性因素分析及分量表分相關(guān))和內(nèi)容效度(聚合效度及區(qū)分效度)。(2)對(duì)湖南省長(zhǎng)沙城鄉(xiāng)兩所學(xué)校高一共618名青少年進(jìn)行了4次共一年的追蹤研究。第一次采樣過(guò)程中,所有參與者均完成了應(yīng)激反應(yīng)方式問(wèn)卷、反應(yīng)方式問(wèn)卷、青少年抑郁體驗(yàn)問(wèn)卷、自我知覺(jué)問(wèn)卷、青少年社會(huì)支持問(wèn)卷、青少年生活事件問(wèn)卷和長(zhǎng)處和困難量表。隨后每三個(gè)月追蹤測(cè)量一次所有參與者的內(nèi)、外化性問(wèn)題及生活事件發(fā)生情況。危險(xiǎn)因素分析采用了多層線性模型的統(tǒng)計(jì)方法。 結(jié)果:(1)SDQ自評(píng)問(wèn)卷的困難總量表Cronbach'sα系數(shù)為0.81;各因子α系數(shù)在0.52~0.87之間;重測(cè)信度為0.71;條目與相應(yīng)的因子作相關(guān)系數(shù)在0.47到0.75之間。驗(yàn)證性因子分析的指標(biāo)均達(dá)到測(cè)量學(xué)要求。區(qū)分效度和聚合效度滿意。(2)采用多層線性模型,分析結(jié)果表明:可預(yù)測(cè)追蹤過(guò)程中情緒癥狀變化趨勢(shì)的有:總體自我知覺(jué)和社會(huì)支持分別與應(yīng)激的交互作用、非自主應(yīng)對(duì)反應(yīng)、非自主逃避反應(yīng)、對(duì)抑郁癥狀的冗思、冥思、對(duì)應(yīng)激事件的冗思、自我批評(píng)和依賴,以及外貌、行為以及社會(huì)交往自我知覺(jué);可預(yù)測(cè)品追蹤過(guò)程中行問(wèn)題變化趨勢(shì)的有:社會(huì)支持與應(yīng)激的交互作用、非自主應(yīng)對(duì)反應(yīng)、非自主逃避反應(yīng)、對(duì)應(yīng)激事件的冗思和自我批評(píng),以及行為、社會(huì)交往和總體自我知覺(jué);可預(yù)測(cè)追蹤過(guò)程中多動(dòng)/注意障礙相關(guān)癥狀變化趨勢(shì)的有:非自主應(yīng)對(duì)反應(yīng)、非自主逃避反應(yīng)及社會(huì)支持分別與應(yīng)激的交互作用、對(duì)應(yīng)激事件的冗思、自我批評(píng),以及學(xué)習(xí)能力、行為和總體自我知覺(jué)。 結(jié)論:(1)中文版長(zhǎng)處和困難量表自評(píng)問(wèn)卷有良好的信效度,在中國(guó)有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。(2)非自主反應(yīng)、對(duì)應(yīng)激事件的冗思、自我批評(píng)、行為和總體自我知覺(jué)以及社會(huì)支持是內(nèi)化性問(wèn)題和外化性問(wèn)題共同的危險(xiǎn)因素;社會(huì)交往自我知覺(jué)是情緒問(wèn)題和品行問(wèn)題共同的危險(xiǎn)因素;而冥思、依賴和外表自我知覺(jué)僅是情緒問(wèn)題的危險(xiǎn)因素;學(xué)習(xí)自我知覺(jué)僅為多動(dòng)/注意障礙相關(guān)癥狀的危險(xiǎn)因素。
[Abstract]:Objective: (1) to establish a Chinese version of the symptom screening scale, the strengths and difficulties scale, and to analyze its reliability and validity. (2) to study the effects of risk factors, such as non-autonomous response, redundancy, self-criticism and dependence, self-perception and social support, on the equivalence, internalization and externalization of stress synergy. Methods: (1) the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of strengths and difficulties scale self-rating questionnaire were completed by 1135 adolescents from five schools in Changsha, Hunan Province. eight weeks later, 157 sophomores took part in the re-test. Cronbach's 偽 coefficient, item and subscale score correlation and retest reliability were used in reliability test. Validity test included structural validity (confirmatory factor analysis and subscale score correlation) and content validity (aggregate validity and differential validity). (2). A total of 618 adolescents from two urban and rural schools in Changsha, Hunan Province were studied. A follow-up study for a total of one year. During the first sampling, all the participants completed the stress response style questionnaire, the adolescent depression experience questionnaire, the self-perception questionnaire, the adolescent social support questionnaire. Adolescent life events questionnaire and strengths and difficulties scale. All participants were followed up every three months to measure internal and external problems and life events. The statistical method of multi-layer linear model is used in the analysis of risk factors. Results: (1) the Cronbach's 偽 coefficient of the SDQ self-assessment questionnaire was 0.81, the 偽 coefficient of each factor was 0.52 鈮,
