【摘要】：主體性思想政治教育的實效性偏低一直是制約思想政治教育發(fā)展的瓶頸,如何提高教育主體的獨立自主意識,調動教育主體的的積極主動性,推動主體性研究的理論創(chuàng)新,已成為主體性思想政治教育研究的重點。自我教育是對傳統(tǒng)思想政治教育模式的超越,有利于培養(yǎng)和提高受教育者的主體意識和主體能力,促進受教育者由"認識主體"向"實踐主體"的轉化,達成教育"內化"和"外化"的有機結合,進而推進主體性思想政治教育的實效性的落實。落實自我教育機制應以提高受教育者的自我認識為出發(fā)點,以受教育者的自我教育為途徑,以教育者角色的轉變?yōu)殛P鍵,以營造良好的文化氛圍為保障。
[Abstract]:The low effectiveness of subjective ideological and political education has always been the bottleneck restricting the development of ideological and political education. How to improve the independent consciousness of the subject of education, mobilize the active initiative of the subject of education, and promote the theoretical innovation of the study of subjectivity. Has become the subject of ideological and political education research focus. Self-education is the transcendence of the traditional mode of ideological and political education, which is conducive to cultivating and improving the subject consciousness and ability of the educated, and promoting the transformation of the educated from the "cognitive subject" to the "practical subject". To achieve the organic combination of "internalization" and "externalization" of education, so as to promote the implementation of the effectiveness of subjective ideological and political education. The implementation of the self-education mechanism should take improving the self-awareness of the educated as the starting point, taking the educatee's self-education as the way, taking the change of the educator's role as the key, and building a good cultural atmosphere as the guarantee.
