教師的理性與自由

【摘要】:教師是理性與自由的結(jié)合體。教師理性是教師在其具體的教育教學(xué)專業(yè)生活中持有的生存態(tài)度、思考方式乃至生活方式。教師自由包括教師個(gè)體的生命自由和教學(xué)生活中的教學(xué)自由。教師理性是教師自由的體現(xiàn),是教師自由的界限。教師的自由及其實(shí)現(xiàn)是以理性為依托的。教師要以理性爭取自由,以自由促進(jìn)理性的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Teachers are the combination of reason and freedom. Teachers' rationality is the attitude of existence, the way of thinking and even the way of life held by teachers in their specific professional life of education and teaching. Teacher freedom includes individual life freedom and teaching freedom in teaching life. Teachers' rationality is the embodiment of teacher's freedom and the limit of teacher's freedom. Teachers' freedom and its realization are based on rationality. Teachers should strive for freedom with reason and promote the development of reason with freedom.
