高職生與普通大學(xué)生擇業(yè)心理比較研究

【摘要】: 本研究采用了擇業(yè)心理中兩個(gè)重要方面,即擇業(yè)價(jià)值觀與擇業(yè)效能感為指標(biāo),對(duì)高職生和普通大學(xué)生的擇業(yè)心理進(jìn)行了研究,考察了兩個(gè)指標(biāo)在學(xué)歷層次、年級(jí)與性別上的差異。得出以下結(jié)論:(1)大學(xué)生在擇業(yè)效能感方面存在著性別和年級(jí)的差異,男生比女生的擇業(yè)效能感高,一年級(jí)學(xué)生比畢業(yè)生的擇業(yè)效能感高;(2)擇業(yè)價(jià)值觀方面存在性別和年級(jí)的差異,男生在擇業(yè)認(rèn)知、擇業(yè)行為傾向上的表現(xiàn)優(yōu)于女生,在擇業(yè)影響因素方面男生更少受影響;年級(jí)差異表現(xiàn)為一年級(jí)學(xué)生比畢業(yè)生表現(xiàn)得更加樂觀,而畢業(yè)生和一年級(jí)學(xué)生比起來更加理性和務(wù)實(shí);(3)在擇業(yè)效能感和擇業(yè)價(jià)值觀方面也存在學(xué)校類型的差異,在這兩方面的研究中都可以發(fā)現(xiàn)普通高等學(xué)校本科大學(xué)生在擇業(yè)效能感和擇業(yè)價(jià)值觀上優(yōu)于高等職業(yè)院校大學(xué)生。進(jìn)一步分析研究表明,擇業(yè)效能感和擇業(yè)價(jià)值觀之間存在著相互影響。通過本研究結(jié)果對(duì)于高職生和普通大學(xué)生的擇業(yè)行為給予一定的支持和幫助,提供借鑒性的意見。
[Abstract]:This research adopts two important aspects in the psychology of choosing a job, namely, the value of choosing a job and the sense of efficiency in choosing a job, and studies the psychology of choosing a career for higher vocational college students and ordinary college students, and investigates the two indexes at the educational level. Grade and gender differences. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) there are gender and grade differences in career efficacy of college students, and male students have higher sense of career efficacy than girls. First grade students have higher sense of job selection efficacy than graduates; (2) there are differences in career values between sexes and grades. Male students are better than female students in job choice cognition and career behavior tendency, and male students are less affected in career choice influence factors. The grade difference shows that the first grade students are more optimistic than the graduates, and the graduates are more rational and pragmatic than the first grade students. (3) there are also differences in the school types in the sense of job efficiency and career values. In these two aspects of research, we can find that the college students are superior to the vocational college students in the sense of career efficacy and career values. Further analysis shows that there is an interaction between job efficacy and career values. Through the results of this study for vocational college students and ordinary college students to give a certain degree of support and help to provide reference advice.
