【摘要】： 本研究對(duì)大學(xué)生成人依戀、自我表露和抑郁狀況進(jìn)行調(diào)查,并探討三者的關(guān)系,旨在對(duì)大學(xué)生的成人依戀、自我表露和抑郁狀態(tài)的研究提供更多的資料,豐富國(guó)內(nèi)在這些領(lǐng)域的研究,進(jìn)一步加深人們對(duì)大學(xué)生自我表露和抑郁狀態(tài)及其影響因素的認(rèn)識(shí),并為大學(xué)生的人際交往和心理健康提供更多的建議和指導(dǎo)。 本研究采用整群隨機(jī)抽樣的方法,在華北電力大學(xué)、河北工程大學(xué)和河北師范大學(xué),抽取全日制本科生1000名,以親密關(guān)系體驗(yàn)量表(ECR)、痛苦表露指數(shù)量表(DDI)和抑郁狀態(tài)量表(CES-D)為測(cè)量工具,主要通過(guò)描述統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、相關(guān)分析、多因素方差分析、回歸分析和中介檢驗(yàn)等對(duì)有效數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析處理。主要得到以下結(jié)論: 1.修訂的痛苦表露指數(shù)量表的信度和效度符合心理測(cè)量學(xué)的要求。 2.安全型、恐懼型、迷戀型和冷漠型大學(xué)生所占比例分別為18.5%、45.9%、19.2%、16.4%。大學(xué)生抑郁狀態(tài)的檢出率為27.5%。 3.大學(xué)生依戀回避的是否戀愛(ài)主效應(yīng)顯著,無(wú)戀愛(ài)經(jīng)歷的大學(xué)生的依戀回避顯著高于有戀愛(ài)經(jīng)歷的大學(xué)生。大學(xué)生自我表露的性別主效應(yīng)顯著,女生的自我表露顯著高于男生。大學(xué)生抑郁的性別主效應(yīng)顯著,男生的抑郁顯著高于女生。性別與是否戀愛(ài)的交互作用顯著,沒(méi)有戀愛(ài)經(jīng)歷的男生抑郁狀態(tài)顯著高于沒(méi)有戀愛(ài)經(jīng)歷的女生;沒(méi)有戀愛(ài)經(jīng)歷的男生的抑郁狀態(tài)顯著高于有戀愛(ài)經(jīng)歷的男生。 4.依戀焦慮、依戀回避與抑郁狀態(tài)顯著正相關(guān);自我表露與抑郁狀態(tài)顯著負(fù)相關(guān);依戀回避與自我表露顯著負(fù)相關(guān)。 5.自我表露在依戀回避與抑郁狀態(tài)之間起部分中介作用。
[Abstract]:This study investigated the adult attachment, self-disclosure and depression of college students, and explored the relationship among them, in order to provide more data for the study of adult attachment, self-disclosure and depression of college students. Enrich the domestic research in these fields, further deepen the understanding of self-disclosure and depression of college students and their influencing factors, and provide more suggestions and guidance for the interpersonal communication and mental health of college students. In this study, 1000 full-time undergraduates were selected from North China Electric Power University, Hebei University of Engineering and Hebei normal University by cluster random sampling. We used ECR, DDI and CES-D as measurement tools, mainly through descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis and multivariate analysis of variance. Regression analysis and intermediary test are used to analyze and process the valid data. The main conclusions are as follows: 1. The reliability and validity of the revised pain disclosure index scale meet the requirements of psychometrics. 2. The proportion of safety type, fear type, infatuation type and apathy type of college students were 18.5and 45.9and 19.2and 16.4respectively. The detectable rate of depression in college students was 27.5 and 3.3%. The main effect of attachment avoidance is significant, and the attachment avoidance of college students without love experience is significantly higher than that of college students with love experience. The main gender effect of college students' self-disclosure was significant, and that of girls was significantly higher than that of boys. The main gender effect of depression in college students was significant, and the depression of boys was significantly higher than that of girls. The interaction between sex and love was significant, and the depression state of boys without love experience was significantly higher than that of girls without love experience. The depression status of boys without love experience was significantly higher than that of boys with love experience. 4. Attachment anxiety, attachment avoidance and depression state significantly positive correlation, self-disclosure and depression significantly negative correlation, attachment avoidance and self-disclosure significantly negative correlation. 5. Self-disclosure plays an intermediary role between attachment avoidance and depression.
